in the room we booked, as soon as I connected the refrigerator, the power went out. we asked to change room and were told they don't have an other room, when we asked for a refund , they gave us another one which had not been cleaned.the third room after an hour and a half was satisfactory or were we just tired

out of town so no other bars etc to visit. but town only a short drive.

Tired Hotel needs total refurbishment. Bad Bed, Smelly Room , Cold they did bring in an extra heater & blankets took 4 hours to warm up.

The check-in and welcoming was as good as our last visit. The receptionist was efficient and smiley. Nice and easy !

We did not like the location of the room n° 004 in the hotel, located one flight of stairs up then across the corridor then one flight of stairs down. It is not practical if you have to go out a few times. Shame as we book a month forward to our overnightstay.

Warm welcome even at 2am ! Practical location just off the motoway Clean and calm, ideal for a quick night rest. Accepted our 2 dogs for a very acceptable fee.

The views were really nice in the pool side and the sunset in the farmland really beautiful, the receptionists were polite and nice, made everything smoothly and professionally.

Unfortunanly the pool was already closed at 6pm?(im not sure now) but we couldn't enjoy it. I have to say the restaurant staff were not so good as I've requested some small dishes just to eat something and one garcon made fun out of it with another colleague and well... we noticed and wasn't nice. The room was smelly as it seems it came from toilet drain and i didn't want to complain just for one night and we just closed the door with windows open.

very friendly and helpful staff, everyone was very kind and tried to make us comfortable. pool was bonus but sadly not clean.

pool was due to close 2 days after our stay but it looked like it was no longer being cleaned with significant algae formed on base. also initial room had aircon that leaked water and we had to wait over two hours before reception agreed it was not going to be fixed and we were allowed a new room.

The room was spacious and clean. Good location for a stop off. Ideal for travelling with a pet. The staff at reception were very friendly

The balcony needed to have some furniture in it, perhaps a sun lounger would have been useful. The menu was not made clear. We asked if we could see the menu on the website but we were brought the cafe one. The waiter appeared not to want us to give us the other menu. We eventually got it. The food was OK, not enough choices for vegetarian or vegan.

We had an excellent meal in the restaurant

This was great value for money so nothing to improve
