For the high price, I’d expect more. One day it rained heavily and our window leaked. The iron was broke upon arrival, and when I called for a replacement it never came. I spoke to the front desk attendant and asked for an iron a second time, it never came. The shower entrance was extremely small, and had to be entered sideways (and I’m skinny). There was water damage on the roof of the 3rd floor, peeling away and the floors need a deep clean. Overall this is not a 4 star hotel, 2.5 stars at most. You pay for the location. I heard other guests complaining about the shower too and the staff is dismissive and justified their poor accommodations vs fixing it. Will not be staying here again.

Great service!!! From when we dropped off our car with the private hotel valet to when we began our check in process. Amenities were lacking, we didn’t have an iron in our room, lighting was super poor. The location was phenomenal and good for rest. My husband and I got married on Saturday at Santi Apostoli which was a 5 minute walk. However the price point felt like a lot for the state of the room we were in.

The best part of this hotel is the nice and friendly staff.

Excellent location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel need maintenance, overall service was excellent

This is a very conveniently located hotel to old town Florence. We walked to all the sights and restaurants. The room has a floor that looks old and dirty, the rug outside the room in the hall was filthy and a squished bug was on the floor for days. The breakfast is a typical buffet, the pastries are not fresh, which was a bummer. Bathroom needs some attention, our shower leaked and the shower head drips after you turn the water off, so it is hard to dry off. Needs updating. The rooftop is a nice touch, but there are no services up there. I would give it 3 stars

I had to move my trip back a few months. As I had booked no refund they were completely unsympathetic and won't let me change dates. Interesting way to build loyal customer base

Exceeded expectations with a beautiful river view suite.

The place and the staff were top tier! I didn’t want to leave and I’ll definitely be staying again the next time I am in Florence.

The Hotel was of of a lower standard than as advertised. My bathroom had a bad drainage smell, the guest toilets behind the reception area smelt of pee & the restaurant floor was in a substandard state (patches of misplaced flooring). There seemed to be distinct lack of supervision in the overall cleanliness & service culture. On the last day on our way out, there were shards of unswept broken glass at the hotels main entrance.

Small rooms but clean, quality and sufficient. Very close to the river and 3 minutes from Ponte Vecchio. Walking distance from the Duomo and museums and restaurants. Breakfast Buffett is 15 euros a person but very good. You can taxi to and from the hotel easily and in 10 to 15 minutes be at the train station.

Fantastic hotel, very close to everything.Great restaurants and high end shopping stores all within a few minutes walk. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.

The location of the property in Florence makes everything easily walkable an accessible. The staff was amazing, so helpful and accommodating to all our needs. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent stay, the property was very clean and luxurious. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall very satisfied with the service and the hospitality. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Beautiful decor. Highlight was the second floor balcony with the best views of the river bridges and the city!! Highly recommended

Very pleasant hotel and well decorated and proportioned room. One negative we intimated to the reception was that when one opened the window into an internal courtyard, there was a dirty balcony below it with multiple cigarette butts, where a member of staff took their break. Also, no dedicated parking so the car got broken into on the street.
