Communicating with our host from the beginning was really very comforting. She understood why we were there and what was happening. It is such a sweet home. Our 21 mo old was with us and it was perfect for her! She enjoyed being outside and the lively neighbors waved and welcomed us! Honestly, I didn’t understand how we were “close” to downtown but we were! We were less than 15 minutes to every venue! Could not have asked for better location!

Rental was as advertised. Clean, close to several restaurants, minutes to Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls, Downtown Chattanooga. Amanda was great to work with, responded back quickly. Would recommend. 1 suggestion, bring your own hangers. Rental had 6 hangers.

This house is a great place for a small group/family looking to stay in the Chattanooga area! The location is super convenient to the Lookout Mountain, Raccoon Mountain, St. Elmo neighborhood. It's also a quick trip into downtown. Very comfortable and cozy. Lots of amenities to make it homey.

Nice place, good service, clea, close to downtown. Only very close to freeway. You can see it from back yard. Suggest noise maker for couch sleeping. Noisy. Everything else very good

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was new and very clean. Cutely decorated and had comfortable beds. It had everything you could need. Close to downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain.

This house is great and our dog loved it.The inside was really nice and clean and we would definitely go back again.

This house was perfect for passing through on our trip from STL to Orlando. The house is clean and had lots of nice touches to make it cozy. Pet friendly was a huge plus for us! Amanda was a great communicator, even checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed upon arrival. The ONLY thing I would warn is it’s pretty close to the highway, close enough to hear the traffic noise off in the distance throughout the night. If it wasn’t for the big rigs and their jake brakes, I personally would have found it soothing. That said I’m still giving 5 stars because the location was one thing we chose it for. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Quick and easy to get up and out, back on the highway! It was perfect for what we needed and I would definitely stay again when passing through!

Our Host was amazing and prompt to respond to parking information we asked for. Her place had great finishes and a comfortable bed. She even had water and snacks for us when we arrived..what touched me most was her pet basket. It had wipes and bags for bathroom breaks outside. We had our own but was most appreciated. She definately did not disappoint. She gets a 5 star from my family.

We loved our stay and everything from the beginning to the end were on point. Convenient location. Charming decor. Cleanliness was great. Communication was great! Neighborhood is quiet and clean (although still a quick trip back to the interstate). My only chuckle was in line with the long long disagreement of which way the toilet roll should feed! Im for sure it should roll our over/on the top and not from the bottom! (I was in luxury hotel & lodging for more than 30 years) but we can agree to disagree! hehehe! :-) But seriously - GREAT PLACE!! LOVED IT!

The price was very reasonable for such a lovely home. Excellent stay as it was very clean, safe neighborhood, thankful it was at the bottom of the mountain during the snow/ice weather, good location and the owner was very quick to respond and work with us. 100% will stay here again!

Great little place not far off I 24. Easy access to everything you need. Comfy place. We just stayed one night as we were traveling south. Would stay again.

House was adorable, well stocked and everything was new and clean. Host was amazingly responsive and welcoming. I noticed something that I needed in the kitchen and the item was delivered to the front door within a few hours.

This was our first stop for my 2 week birthday trip. Amanda was very quick to respond when I reached out to her during our stay. This cute little home is close to everything! Comfortable beds and plenty of space for my wife, 2 dogs and I to stay. Quiet neighborhood..

This was absolutely the perfect little house for our girl trip! Close enough to downtown to be convenient but far enough to appreciate the beauty and enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains. The proximity to places such as Rock City and Ruby Falls couldn't be beat either! The owner was excellent to work with and was only a few minutes away! Will definitely stay again!!

The home was exactly as advertised! Conveniently located near Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls but still only a few short minutes to downtown Chattanooga. It is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood with all the amenities of home. 10/10.

Great location and home.

Amanda communicated often and made the experience easy and enjoyable. The bungalow was close to all venues in Chattanooga. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. She provided snacks and water which were thoughtful. She offered assistance at every turn. This was my first rental and I was surprised at ease and how adorable the home was. It accommodated 3 adults and a 9 year easily. I would rent this again. The price was great and the home obviously recently updated with comfort in mind for the guests.
