These apartments are lovely. They are situated at the top of a VERY steep hill! Cab is only around 4 euros to reach the town. Save your legs....! Pool lovely, reception very helpful, breakfast basic and does the job.

Hotel facilities were really nice, though maybe a little outdated with quite old styling inside. Could be updated. Apartment was great with spacious upstairs and a nice bedroom with good air conditioning. Location was good within the resort walkable to local shops, bars and restaurants.
Our main issue was the room housekeeping, our room was only serviced once by the hotel in a week stay meaning we had to request extra towels. The reception was also not open 24 hours so had we been slightly later back to the room we wouldn’t have been able to shower!

Ona El Marques is a lovely resort.We have been going there for many years now. Only downside this year was the apartment we were given had a raised balcony which we thought was quite dangerous as there was no barricade at edge of balcony and about a foot drop to the apartment level.

We opted for the "plus " Room, room was ok, but the extras were not worth the money, you are supposed to have a minibar

We got a really nice studio apartment with a ocean view, balcony was roomy and nice. Pool area is nice. Breakfast wasn’t worth it but the area is filled with good cafes. Reception staff is really nice and professional.

Check-in/Check out very good, male receptionist very helpful with info on area. Apartment spacious and clean if a little dated, kitchen fully equipped, 2 bathrooms, large terrace. Swimming pool warm and plenty of sunbeds. Restaurant good. Very easy to get around on bus as stop 2 minutes away. Lidl 2 mins away. Would stay again.

Hotel asked me to amend/cancel booking then their reservation department charged me for doing exactly what the hotel staff told me!

Built circa 1997 and not updated since, but none the worse for that. Exceptionally clean, apartments were spacious and fantastic views from floors 3 & 4. Pool clean and heated so early morning dips are no problem, bar well stocked. Didn’t use the restaurant as we like to explore but can’t imagine it would be bad.

Nice complex with great staff but our apartment was quite small with no balcony or view. There was a little patio area out front and as we only stayed 2 days it was adequate. I think you need to ask and probably pay a little more for the better apts.

This was the perfect location for a relaxing week away. Apartment was perfect, had everything we needed. The surrounding area was very nice, lots of good places to eat in walking distance. Lots of friendly local people. We found nothing at all to complain about.

nice apartment and got everything we needed! The location is slightly up north, although close to coast but no beaches for kids, need a car to go anywhere through the winding mountain road.

We love walking and this hotel is positioned well for bus or taxi and a good point to start off in various directions. The bus is cheap particularly with the bono card and walks on Tiede are great what with the views and the wildlife.

This is a lovely and cozy appart hotel in Los Gigantes. The rooms are comfortable, and each of them has a spacious balcony with nice sea view. The pool with warm water is good, although we didn't spend much time there. The hotel has an on-site restaurant with regular entertainment programs in the evenings. There are also some good places to eat nearby - just 200 meters down Calle La Hondura. In walking distance there are three supermarkets - Lidl, Dino and Mercadona. The hotel management is friendly and helpful. Overall we had a pleasant experience, and will definitely stay there again.
