Conveniently located right above the subway station. Rooms are clean, but very small and basic. The hotel is by a highway so it is also a bit noisy. The hotel restaurant is not good at all.

Cannot recommend at all - A/C went crazy making loud noises all night long such that it was impossible to sleep. Room could not be switched, and the administration only makes snarky comments instead of making up for it in any way. I'm an experienced traveler with 50 nights this year - this was the worst hotel of 2023 for me!

Very nice stay. Lovely views and great outdoor space to enjoy drinks and lovely fountain. Food was good with nice selections. The best part was the fact you walked out the door to the metro stop and access to what the town has to offer. Overall Lausanne is a lovely stop.

Decent hotel located above the subway stop + a short 10 minute subway ride into downtown Lausanne. Plenty of parking. Free subway ticket for duration of stay. Room was pleasantly cool during heatwave. No complaints, aside from the somewhat pricy onsite dining options.

I like the ambiance, the train station is just at the basement of the hotel and many choices for breakfast. It took sometime before we felt the aircon of the room.

I like the hotel very much but the only thing is that you need to have air conditioning when the weather is hot because is very uncomfortable to sleep with the window open and the noise of the highway nearby

Amazing. Had everything we were looking for in our stay. XL room is excellent for facilities. Staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Game room is great for kids. Super convenient parking. Super clean. Aquarium access right from the hotel along with your discount for staying at the hotel. We were very very satisfied. Only thing I’d say is restaurant hours are a little restrictive on weekdays, but otherwise, I couldn’t ask for better, and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The rooms were very comfortable and the climate control was good. There was no minifridge to keep my food in, unfortunately. The bathroom was spacious and modern.

This hotel was new, clean and friendly attached to the new large aquarium. It has its own Metro stop which takes you to all the sights very quickly and easily. Unfortunately the hotel room were very small and basic. No fridge or coffee. Good value and easy access to sights but out of the way

Wonderful hotel with a great spa. Room comfortable and modern. Checkin service was very professional. However extremely disappointed on the service, the quality and quantity of the "filets de perche". Not only did the plate come with 4 filets of perch (38chf), i must admit size was good, but also they charged me 5chf extra for the french fries when i asked for replacing the steam potatoes. It left me hungry, besides it didn't come with tartar sauce. Breakfast (20chf) was decent and very satisfactory. Overall i would stay there again but not to have dinner there.

The staff at check-in was rude. He told me I had to pay CHF 18 per night for parking because Expedia had not confirmed my status, even though I showed him a screenshot. I had to insist 3 times, otherwise I would have been charged. Room upgrade was not offered either. Other than that it was a pleasant stay, good rooms, very clean, all nice. Too bad they don’t realize that the first impression matters…

Nice and comfortable hotel, friendly staff. No complaints on that.They we’re quick to accommodate and make changes to my room on the spot without any issues. I only wish the hotel had a simple thing like a tea/coffee machine or a kettle with tea bags and coffee satchets. Would make the mornings so perfect. Nice location even though I don’t think it was the city center. There are some cafes and restaurants as also supermarkets and pharmacies not too far from the hotel and within a 5 minute walk. Served my needs.

Good it was only for one night... The reception gave lots of inaccurate information (city ticket, room equipment, parking etc..) and was clueless about my reservation. I had to "prove" what was included in my reservation. Check in then took over 30 minutes. The room had no amenities whatsoever, not even a soap! I had to ask a cleaner (who did not wear a mask when it was mandatory for clients). Room was full of dust and the glasses were dirty. There is a common kitchen, but this is also dirty! My booking was mentioning room with queen bed and a balcony, but we got none of that. I believe there is no room with balconies anyway, so the information on Hotels.com is also not accurate and not checked by the hotel. Breakfast was ok and the direct access to the tube is convenient.

Location is super convenient, right over the metro station so it’s really easy to get anywhere into Lausanne's city centre. We had the family room, so the room was really spacious and very comfortable. Service was generally good too. Happy with the overall stay.

Very nice rooms and great staff. The bed slept very well. They also give you a metro pass with your stay, and the metro drops off right at the hotel. So, very convenient
