A real Gem of an Hotel very close and conveniently situated within the old town. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. A real boutique feel with some beautiful historic features, pretty courtyards and welcoming staff. Will definitely go back. Work presently ongoing to upgrade roof terrace but still pleasant to enjoy an early evening drink.

Fantastic location.

The hotel was straight out of a Spanish movie! It had so much local charm and could not have been better. The location for walking was perfect and right around the corner from a bunch of restaurants. The hotel recommended a dinner spot and it was our favorite meal we had in Sevilla!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days close to everything very helpful. I personally didn't like the room as the window opened up to a wall . Air con excellent ..

Liked everything about this hotel annd staff except the air conditioning in the room wasn’t getting cold. Informed reception on leaving and they said they would get it fixed. Probably just needs re gassing.

The staff are super helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located to walk most of Seville. Breakfast is reasonably priced and is a very good breakfast and available nice and early so you can head out onto tours. It’s just a super cool, quaint little hotel on the middle of a quiet street.

Nice looking hotel in the center of Seville. The room is very small, also they gave us a room with two twin beds instead of one double bed.

A lovely historic building set in a very convenient location and an easy walk to the principal attractions. The staff are super-helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the roof terrace after a hard day’s sightseeing!

Brilliant location, friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and lovely courtyard surroundings. The only downside was road noise, its busier than you think.

Las Casas de El Arenal was conveniently located in the heart of Seville, a hidden gem in this beautiful Spanish city. The crown jewel of this quaint two-story hotel (with inner courtyard), however, lies in its amazing staff! Maria Theresa and Ernesto were exceptional in providing us with a warm welcome and excellent service. Maria Theresa was so helpful in securing restaurant reservations during Seville’s high peak season when places were completely full. After struggling online with a particular attraction due to technical issues with the website, Maria Theresa was able to secure the tickets without a problem. She worked each of the consecutive five days we stayed at the hotel and greeted each guest with warmth and compassion. Because of Maria Theresa’s kindness and patience with hotel guests like ourselves, we started calling her “Mother Theresa” instead! Ernesto also warmly greeted us each morning and late at night in the dining areas. His positive attitude was infectious and made our time in a foreign city feel like home. The dedication and experience of this hotel’s staff made our stay most enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying at Las Casas de El Arenal.

We loved the property’s Spanish feel. We were told it was two old homes combined to make the hotel. Lots of quiet lounging areas and a sunny terrace with a waiter. After a hot, busy day in Seville it was the perfect spot for a cool drink and a little down time. Excellent breakfast with good selection. Fresh fruit, orange juice, lettuce, salad veggies,pastries, bacon, eggs,yogurt,ham & cheeses etc. Staff were all exceptional and the hotel was close to the Cathedral, shopping etc. We would definitely recommend this little gem!

We wanted to stay at a hotel with old world charm and this one was perfect!!!! The staff had exceptional service. She had a room available so we were able to check in early. The complementary glass of cava was lovely. This hotel was gorgeously decorated with antique furniture and updated amenities. The courtyard inside the hotel was quiet and a lovely spot to eat breakfast or enjoy a drink in the evening. The rooftop has a dining option and a beautiful view of the city. They had fresh flowers in our room every day. So fresh one set had ants on them and we had to leave them outside....oops. The hotel was noticeably clean but our room had a distinct smell and the antique furniture could have used some freshening. I didn't want to sit on it. The bedding and bathroom were freshly cleaned and we were comfortable. It was so quiet. We had been traveling all over Spain and it was nice to find a hotel conveniently located and quiet. If you are looking for a charming property to stay close to town and transportation I highly recommend this one!

If I didn't have children to get back to, I would have extended by stay just to be at this darling hotel. I felt like I was on the set of an enchanting old movie. I really hope to get back there.
