The shower was just pumping hot water, and no cold/mix water was coming out. Could enjoy my shower time. But other than that everything was good.

Great hotel! Front desk gentleman was very nice and informative. Accessible for husband working in Fort McKay. Comfy beds, clean and new rooms. Breakfast was lovely- made to order eggs, pancakes and waffles, hasbrowns, sausage, yogurt and fruit,…
Area isn’t convenient as far as amenities- in a large industrial area. But since we only stayed the one night, that wasn’t an issue.

I travel a lot for work and this property is managed better than most.

The stay was great. but the 1st night the fire alarm went off, because of a system problem. The fornt desk did not contact guest to let them know what was happening. we had to call down to hear the fornt desk say it wasnt a fire just a system problem and then went to the lobby to see why the alarms weren't shutting off at all. I worked in big hotels for over 10 years and we were trained to deal with things like this. Communication with staff and guest wasn't very good. or not at all.
That is hotel management problem!! staff should be trained for things like this. which we and other saw that they were not trained to deal with this. I hate to see a real fire happen in that hotel... Hotel owners & management need to train their staff.

Could often smell exhaust fumes in my suite on the main floor from all of the workers staying at the hotel and warming their trucks in the morning. Backed in towards hotel.
Shower did not get very hot and shower head mounted too high to stay warm t/o shower. Low water pressure.

The hotel was really well kept and clean. The matress was hard and it felt like we were sleeping on plywood it was awful and the only reason why we wouldn't stay again.

Easy check in, room was well appointed with great bed and excellent pillows. Good food in the restaurant. .
Only drawback was the hot water on the shower wasn't actually hot, biut sufficient, had to run the shower for 3-4 minutes to get any hot water. Otherwise a great stay.

I stood in front of the front counter when I checked in for five minutes while the staff stood there visiting with someone.
I began to check to see if I was actually invisible.
Finally a caring staff person came out and checked me in.
If I owned this property I would be worried that this staff person is working in opposition to the success of the business
