We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The room was lovely and gave us so much room & privacy with the extra lounge etc. We wanted a quiet break and it didn’t disappoint. Breakfast and the evening meal was wonderful. Staff very friendly. Only negative was the bathroom sensor, not great if you go to toilet and light comes on when you’re half asleep. Option to turn that off at night would be good. Would recommend hotel to friends and family and hope to be back in future.

Over night stay for work but very nice. Decent size room and really nice interior. Gym absolutely fine for a workout and they turn the sauna on at request. Minor things but that didn’t ruin the stay….my bed seemed a bit dropped on the right side of the mattress but all good. I slept in the middle! And the strawberry cheesecake wasn’t good! Maybe overdosed on the gelatine? For a sweet tooth, that was a shame but curry was lovely! I’d stay again if in the area

It was very comfortable. Clean. Most of all a quiet room. Back door opening to car park useful. Staff all made an effort to satisfy our needs and did not be pushy over ordering extra. Meals excellent.Pleased to see Covid precautions in place.

Bedrooms exceeded my expectations, they were lovely.

Excellent stay, although it was exceptionally busy ( Saturday night) the service was very good tho there was 2/3 private parties to deal with as well. We had a private buffet for family at lunchtime and the food was excellent. Evening meal was also good, but was a little disappointed with the beef lasagne ( too much pasta and not much meat).Otherwise a brilliant stay in a comfortable room with a lovely choice of breakfast. Thank you, and keep it up !

We stayed here for 4 nights after a week on the coast. Family room with 2 double beds and a sofa bed was spacious, very clean and comfortable. It was on the ground floor which meant we could park the car right outside the patio doors and go in and out without using the hotel entrance, perfect. Breakfasts were amazing, filled us up each day, dinners were beautiful and not too over priced. I would definitely come back here and recommend to others 👍

Modernish inn on the main road to Llandeilo. The rooms’ windows are at the back of the building, overlooking never-ending hills and fields. As a result, the rooms are surprisingly quiet, unaffected by the traffic. Our room was large, with a very comfortable bed and good bathroom. Covid measures taken throughout the building. The restaurant is located in a tall and big barn-like annex, so, despite being full, it was not cramped. Excellent breakfast and good dinner. Some of the dishes need improving. Professional and friendly service – a nice place to stay at.

Excellent stay, very modern rooms with great service . Friendly staff.

This was our second stay at The Plough and it didn't disappoint. The room was luxurious, the bathroom clean, modern and stylish and the huge smart TV a big bonus. After a few days of touring around Wales we booked a Sunday night at The Plough for a nice rest and being able to log into our iPlayer and Netflix accounts was just what we needed. The food is very pleasant, tasty and freshly cooked, but we think The Cawdor in the centre of Llandeilo is slightly superior. Even so, we will certainly be booking The Plough in the future because it's just a nicer place to stay. I've given a neutral mark for eco-friendliness' because it's an absurd question. How are guests supposed to assess that?
