Clean and spacious room, but there was a permanent sound of a fan that was quite persistent.
The neighbourhood was amazing with a lot of great places to eat and do shopping.

They don’t have a real gym, only 2 steady bikes, an elyptical

The staff was very helpful and courteous but the room had very poor facilities. It was very hot outside but in the room there were no refrigerators to have cool drinking water.
Also parking prices were was not included in the stay and we had to pay extra for parking our car for 2 nights.
I would skip it next time.

Orbitz lists laundry at this property but none is available. Need to update. Otherwise, we had a very good experience despite a tropical storm where we spent one day locked up in room. Hotel provided a breakfast meal box, coffee and juice for us to eat in our room that day. Nice!

Hotel is very cute. I have many expectations. You do need 2 different key cards, 1 for the elevator and your room door, 1 for the electricity in your room which I thought was interesting. I speak a little Spanish, enough to be polite. English is spoken here, even if it’s also enough to be polite so overall a WIN! Someone carried my bag upstairs and showed me how the electricity worked and made sure I didn’t get lost. Breakfast was very good. 10/10

The breakfast, the people in the kitchen and the lady who cleans, as well as good location, is what this hotel is worth for. And the valet parking employee. But the receptionist Maria Jose is terrible. No customer service skills at all. Most of the receptinist are terrible. There is only one ice machine in 1st floor, but you cannot get to it as your key only works for the floor you are staying. You have to use the emergency stairs. However, emergency stairs is a puzzle. If that building is on fire, your are dead as there are no good signs. The rooms have no fridge. Everything you need, they charge for it. They even charge per person. If we go back to Merida, we will stay somewhere else for sure.

The room we booked promised a "city view." Our room was on the first floor and the window opened to a skinny shaft of concrete that let in very little natural light and featured absolutely no view. Also there was no fridge in our room. We could not keep drinks cool or food overnight. The staff were polite and friendly, but the the lack of amenities make theproperty itself is not worth staying at. The "swimming pool" was ice cold – not there for swimming, just for looks.

Its a nice place. Breakfast somewhat repetitive but sufficient. Rooms nice, but we had to swicht twice because of broken shower and noise. We'll go back for sure.

This place meets basic needs including food, rooms have AC, good location. However if you are looking for a nicer place with room service this is not the best place to stay. The place is outdated, only meets basic needs. I would recommend staying here 1-2 nights the most.

The only thing I did not like was the smell by the pool area. There was a bad smell. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the shopping/dining options surrounding the area were great.

We stayed six nights and had a great stay. The historic area around the hotel is very walkable and there were lots of free events in the evening at the nearby plazas and parks. The children enjoyed the pool and we all really liked the breakfast.

My friend and I stayed there for a week. The entire staff is super friendly and very helpful. We love their property. The breakfast was full of Mexican, culture and variety. It was delicious. The towels could be softer. But everything else was amazing! I highly recommend staying at this location in Merida Mexico.

We had a super stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Merida. It was in a perfect location. We were near the major attractions and parks. Excellent restaurants just short walks from our door. The pool was super refreshing on the high 90 degree days. Breakfasts were awesome! One of the housekeepers made us charming towel origami! Thumbs up.

Great location, walkable distance to everything you need. The rooms are big, comfortable, and very clean with a safe box. Great daily breakfast and friendly staff. Very recomendable.
