The staff were so friendly and the room was awesome. My little one had a blow out and I asked for clean sheets, someone came to our room and changed the sheets, made both beds, and asked if we needed anyting, all while not once making a face about the horrendous smell of the diaper blow out.
The room was amazing, especially when travelling with little ones. It had a big kitchen sink to was bottles in, a full sized fridge, dishes, cutlery, and a microwave. It was so cozy and comfortable. It felt like home.
The bathroom and room were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable and had a variety of pillows to choose from.

It was a lovely place. The only challenge was kids running up and down the halls...it is a family- friendly place so it is to be expected.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and the location had many options for stores and restaurants.

It is a great stay but if you plan to arrive early or check out early, there is an extra charge. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11pm. $25 if you plan to stay up to 1pm on the day of check out.

Nice enough hotel but we were given a room that was over and next to the pool. Extremely noisy. And the heating/cooling system sounded like a train. The noise made it generally unenjoyable. I asked for a different room as soon as we got in but they weren't able to move us. The bed was comfortable and the room was fine. The breakfast is not good.

I’ve stayed at many pricier hotels but always end up coming back to Home Inn and Suites for the reliable great nights sleep on the best mattress and with the best pillows around. The whole experience from service to facilities is as close as it comes to coming home to a place of comfort and care. The great price is just the cherry on top.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I found the room to be a good size and the furniture in decent condition. The carpets were worn and dirty. The bathroom (tub and shower) was also showing its age. The bed was comfy. Our room was next to the stairs and we were woken several times during the night by the doors to the stairs slamming shut. The staff were friendly and people seemed to enjoy the breakfast.

Good hotel: clean, quiet rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. I probably won't stay here again because upon check in there was an unpleasant odor emanating in the lobby area which was there into the evening. I think its to do with one or two of the staff not exercising proper hygiene.

The pool has way to much chlorine it makes you cough and hard to breath. Also the way the tv boxes are installed makes it very difficult to get the remote to work, you have to stand at the side of the tv for the remote to work

This is our second stay, and it's decent as the first one.

Property is in a good location but is getting dated especially flooring, breakfast area, fridge did not work, toilet did not work

This property seemed to be disorganized and not sufficiently staffed. Common areas were messy at times and a simple request could not be granted because of lack of staff.

First night kids running and screaming up and down the halls. After a guest came out to ask them to quiet down some went into the next room. They were jumping around, banging and yelling. Next morning it began again. The second night they were gone and our stay was great. Nice breakfast area.

Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good and lots of options, but dining area is very small and was very crowded every morning. Parking was quite limited. Lots of restaurants within walking distance of hotel which is awesome!

The evening front counter staff had extremely poor personal hygiene. The body odour was highly offensive.
One elevator for the size of this building is Inadequate and easy access to the stairwells was ridiculous.

My kids really enjoyed the pool and the slide. It was definitly a cool slide. The hotel is walking distance from everything you could need which was nice for me as the non driver in the family. I found it very clean. I also liked the modern aestetic.
