Lands End was a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to all sites but far enough you don’t get a lot of traffic and noise. I highly recommend it!!!!

The staff was amazing. Friendly and very helpful! It is very walkable in the West End. The place was clean and it was quiet. Beautiful sunsets from our deck off our room! The owner was extremely nice and so was all of his staff. I couldn’t say enough good things about the place!

Owner is friendly with family onsite. The free breakfast is a set plate and available for 1 hour. Nice pool and quiet setting on the water. Pool is lovely. Drinks are $10-$15. No free water. Onsite restaurant has good selection and good portions.

This hotel is unique. I'm just going to list out my pros and cons. PROS: 1. Had a room option with a king bed separated by a door from the other 2 beds and bathroom which allowed for privacy for both us and our 17 year old son without paying for 2 rooms. 2. We had a room with ACs (2- one in each "bedroom") 3. It had a small balcony which overlooked the ocean 4. It had a bar accessible from the pool. Not swim up, but you could order drinks from the pool. 5. Hotel is walkable to most restaurants and the west end of Roatan. 6. The staff was very friendly. 7. Front desk will arrange massages with the hotel next door. It was a great couples massage. CONS: 1. Breakfast (the free one) is only served for a hour early early in the day. I think 7am to 8am. Period. It was also very repetitive and not that good. We skipped it most days and paid for breakfast elsewhere. 2. Most of the amenities at the hotel aren't open anymore (casino, submarine) 3. The onsite restaurant is pricey, takes forever, and its not that good. There are several different and better options within a 10 to 15 minute walk 4. There is a beach entrance for the super super brave. One set of steps surrounded by very sharp rocks. If the wave takes you into the concrete steps or into the rocks it would be very painful.

Lands End was an amazing resort. The staff and the other guests were so friendly. When traveling solo, I search for a small resort like this and luckily I got it right. During cocktails at sunset many guests share their highlights from their day. At breakfast, it’s fun to here everyone’s plans.

Very relaxing, quiet in the evening. Loved having a king size bed!

Perfect location. Warm, friendly and helpful vibes and service. Great restaurant, perfect ocean views, small but excellent saltwater pool. Rooms were comfortable, clean and mine had a great balcony with excellent views over the water. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from the time we checked in until we left. The building itself needs a major overhaul. It's really run down and in rough shape. The bartender here is also amazing.

Second time visiting this hotel, love the quiet location right on the ocean. Daniah and the staff are amazing and very helpful organizing trips and accommodating requests. Will be coming back!!! Thank you so much for the great stay!

For an overnight stop was excellent

This is a great property. Very clean and comfortable, great staff. Dania was amazing, so kind and friendly. Our AC was leaking and it was fixed and cleaned up right away. Great spot, will be back.

Liked that it was small (only 24 rooms) and you were treated like family. Very friendly and helpful. Short 15 minute walk to sandy beach. Food options were easy to find.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room has a simplistic charm, good air conditioning and beautiful ocean sunset views from your balcony. Did not get a chance to try the restaurant and bar, however if the free breakfast (fresh made omlet stuffed with flavorful veggies) then im sure its decent! Short walk from west end and the beach.

We loved our host at Lands End, she went above and beyond. we ate once at the restaurant and the ceviche was amazing.

This property has an amazing location and awesome staff but is really in need of a facelift and stop overcharging for extras like $50US for early check in, $5 for a beach towel!!!!

It’s a nice small resort with everything you need. They should have cups in the room and a bottle of water for doing your teeth. And improve on their dinner menu. All the main courses were fish. It would have been nice to see chicken also.

Beautiful ocean view in a quiet area. Staff were nice and helpful. My only complaint is the bed and refrigerator, both of those items need to be replace. Woke up with my back hurting down to my legs.

Great place to stay staff was very nice. Only real negative was limited menu. Wife said best Pina Colada she has ever had.

Property had beautiful views and very friendly staff. Not sure if it’s because it’s not peak busy season but they were short staffed, with only 2 people we could see over them entire week we stayed. The pool is salt water straight from the ocean, swings and lay down deck chairs, well maintained in those areas. Some of the separate cabana type rooms (we stayed in a duplex room) need some upgrading and bug proofing with weather strips or better fitting doors, as we had an ant and bee problem.
