Coffee bar only open on weekends, noisy construction, no restaurant or bar. everything else was great! Clean and staff very friendly!

The property is beautiful and from my opinion very family friendly. With great pool access plus grilling options, arcade, ping pong, shuffle board, and billards. Quiet and clean, we cant wait to possibly book here in the winter because it is across the street from one of the Heavenly lifts and the Lake Link shuttle is amazing.

Very beautiful place; The room was very spacious

Property was very nice hotel very nice there was an issue with check-in. We got confused with the Hilton resort on the lake and I guess it happens all the time. It was far away from everything and the big issue I have is it was very expensive for showering. Water pressure was horrible. It took my wife an hour to shower. Wash your hair, and take care of herself to 10 minutes to get hot water just for that kind of price. She would think you’d have better amenities than that and so far away from the strip you think you have a shuttle service strictly for that hotel but it was very nice. Hotel was great.

Great property. Loved our rooms. AC kicking on and off is a bit loud, but you get used to it. Beautiful lobby. Would stay here again on a return trip.

We were here during a busy Tahoe week but it worked out great! It was too far to walk to Heavenly village (1.5 miles) but it’s easy to drive down and park in parking garage by heavenly Village and walk around those shops and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful with a nice outside pool, coffee bar, pastries for breakfast and a store with lots of snacks and drinks. We would stay here again!

Beautiful property and kind staff. The room was very big and and updated. Only issue is valet only but it’s at a reasonable price

They only offer valet parking option, if damage to your car they will take not responsibility. Guest need to keep following up daily, different people give different answers. They give you the run around to avoid getting back to you until you keep being persistent for an answer. The answer is no they didn't cause the damage to the car. It was clearly not caused by us and the car had no damage prior to arrival, next day after valet gave us the car we noticed the damage and reported it immediately. We checked out and no one came to give us an answer. We had to ask for valet manager to only be told they will not take responsibility. Definitely not staying here again.

Friendly staff, really nice, clean and spacious room with a very modernized feel. Electric fireplace and having a TV in both the room and sitting room were nice. Valet parking was a pain sometimes, but also convenient sometimes. No restaurant or coffee bar, but made tea in my room.

Quiet and serene location. Property is really nice, unfortunately no restaurant on property, but you get breakfast and coffee in the morning (self paid ), decent options of sandwiches, few snack items for purchase. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was awesome. Kitchen had microwave and fridge, no stove. Its a 10-15 mins drive from the lake and the other Hilton property which is right next to the lake. 15-20 mins drive Nevada beach. Decent spa and swimming pool on the property and valet parking.

Beautiful place close to the mountains.. defiantly gives ski resort vibes. Next too to South Lake Tahoe I will be staying here.. the room was perfect as it slept 6 comfortable and the lobby had 2 fireplaces to sit in front of and get cozy.. the sauna and steam room are included with your stay which is always nice. Great place for a great price.

The beds were very comfortable and rooms were updated. Our bedroom did not cool past 70 (or so) the first night but they gave us a box fan and fixed it the next day. I did not realize when booking that it is valet parking only, which was included, but we were not prepared for that many tips. Also did not realize breakfast was not included. The pool and spa were nice, though outside and a bit chilly at night. I did like that BBQ items were available to use, though we did not get the chance to do so. Our room opened up to a roof shared patio area, which was nice. Housekeeping did not exist when asked; we asked for dirty towels and trash removed, but they only left new towels and left the old pool towels and trash.

Off season secluded property. Professional staff, and motivated staff. No dining option or bar available on site. Not sure if that is good or bad, jut FYI. We will stay there again.

Renovations were going so some improvements were being made, but one of the top places we have stayed to date.
