The plug ins and usb port on both sides of the bed didn’t work. I had to use a plug close to the floor to charge my phone. A bit inconvenient. Average hotel. Great location.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet.

How much older property. But still quite pleasant to stay. Staff was amazing. I was greeted by Carlos at the front desk and he just made it seem like such an amazing place. Had a good time for this business trip. Will stay here in the future.

The gentleman who checked me in (I believe his name was Carlos) was super efficient, friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the entire process, despite the hotel being as busy as it was. My room was on the second floor and although it was clean, the windows were absolutely filthy (from the outside). So much so you couldn’t even see outside. Getting in and out of the area is an absolute nightmare due to the constant, ongoing construction which I cannot blame the hotel for. For the price I paid, probably your best bet in downtown Vancouver.

Was in town for the John 5 show at the Rickshaw Theater. The Grand Park Hotel offered a great price for a weekend stay .Location was convenient to Grandville strip for late night entertainment .

2 switches didn’t do anything, LED light bar behind bed with no switch- had to crawl under bed to unplug, Reading light not working, Food and garbage on floor under bed Holes in wall in bathroom- poorly patched and unpainted- drywall dust all over the room and hallways.

The only negative is the pillows, they are terrible unfortunately. I understand they can’t be the best but these pillows have seen better days they have no support left in them.

Decent location, beds could use an upgrade as they are still spring and not very comfortable. Probably would not stay again due to that factor.

Tv and ihome wasn’t working… there was a guest that was banging on our door for 2 hours which disturbed our sleep. Otherwise, staff was nice and price was decent

Excellent service provided during check-in. Very friendly staff. Parking is expensive. The bathroom was smelly. Had to use a disinfectant spray and keep bathroom door closed.

Good for the price. Building definitely on the older side and room didn’t have a hair dryer.

It was great. Nice view from the rooftop patio. Wish I would have more time to spend here.

Stayed for 2 nights in Vancouver. Location was convenient and it was more quiet than I expected. Unfortunately on our way to our room we noticed a musty odour in the hallway. Next to our room the wallpaper was peeling and it looked like there was water damage. In our room, when we went to plug in our phones we noticed that not many of the plugs actually worked. As well, the TV remote wouldn’t work properly and was stuck on one channel. When looking for a plug that worked I noticed some gross stains under the night stand. Very low cleaning standards here. It’s a shame, because like I said previously, the location was very convenient and it was quiet. Unfortunately this hotel needs some TLC desperately and I don’t believe that this it is worth what we payed. We will not be staying here again.

Had food in fridge left by previous tenants. Bathroom had black specks in tub. Had to pay for parking. For price not worth it

Everything was great except for how slow the elevator was.

This place is a hidden gem! Great value for money in an easy location. This place was a standout compared to other places in the same price bracket. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful. The view from the rooftop was pretty neat. My only wish is my room didn’t have a noisy ice machine and vending machine directly outside.

The air conditioning was very loud, and the towels had spots and smelled of too much bleach. The floor in the bathroom was not clean

The front desk staff were welcoming, professional and always very willing to help out, Barbara helped me plan my entire day on the map! The house keeping staff do an amazing job and are very attentive to detail. A huge shout out to Manager of House keeping, Jun (Spelling?) for his concern and kindness and who went above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely stay there again!

I tried to call the hotel the day after I checked out, on Sept 5, 2024 morning, nobody picked up the phone, and I left a message to call me back. No response either until now. Totally dead. All Hotel departments should be very responsive on any call from customers. Very disappointed. Never stay in this hotel anymore. Service is very bad.

Staff were great but the place needs updates and clean windows

Welcoming and informative staff. Very quiet room, including the air conditioning.

It was a lovely place to stay, beds were comfortable (especially when just arriving off two flights from Australia) and the staff were lovely, the area was a little off, big construction going on next door but it was easy to walk to bus and train stations.

Really enjoyed the stay and will definitely book again
