The hotel is lovely and the staff were always helpful but had issues with the cleaners for room they would come in leave dirty glasses and also take I glass I had brought with me and also leave a glass full of flat coke but take my half full bottle and kept taking my card out so all electric would go off meaning my insulin was kept at unregulated temperatures

Very stylish hotel partially built up from the facades of an old city house, an interesting piece of architecture. Very friendly and helpful personnel, excellent breakfast, swimming pool on the roof, heated pool, jacuzzi, and spa in the basement.

Missing the free bottle of water on the desk. Breakfast less ealthy and more industrial since it is an Eurostars Hôtel.

Peaceful. A great place to relax in after a day of meetings.

We booked because of the internal pool as we wanted to get rest, however, when we arrived there, this pool was “part of SPA” experience, and the ad said otherwise. Also, the SPA cost was 10 EUR for 1h30min, but the ad says 10 EUR per day. The bed were very small and the room does not have even a kettle for a coffee or tea as you can find it in any 4 star hotel. I felt I was scammed by the hotel. The service desk was terrible at the check-in. The receptionists even didn’t want to see my confirmation proofing that what I was saying was true. Everything is chargeable at this hotel. A simple bottle of water will cost you 3 euros. I defo won’t recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, great rooms, great location. I did not make use of all that was on offer during this trip but will definitely choose this hotel when I visit again for a leisure trip - when there’s roof top pool weather again

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff. Great terrace pool ( unheated). Good breakfast. No organised parking- park on street. Short walk to historic centre of town. Plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants.

The hotel, the pool, the gym were all very impressive but the staff were hands down amazing. After our 2 nights we were meant to change to a different hotel but we didn’t want to leave so we stayed another 3 nights & even today I didn’t want to go. Everything was very easy & convenient, the location of the hotel is perfect and our stay for 5 nights was just amazing. Thank you.m for making our time in Guimarães very enjoyable.

Pool is excellent. Rooms small. Access with car a bit hard as no place to stop and drop off luggage.

Booked 2 adults and 1 child on Orbitz. Upon check-in, the hotel front desk told us that we've only booked for 2 adults, but they were nice and willing to accommodate and move us to a bigger room. Which was nice. We then show them the print out of our Orbitz booking...it's not about accommodating us, it's really about providing the room that we've booked. The people at the hotel are nice, just that their system doesn't seem to connect with Orbtiz that well.

First impressions great, but they are short staffed and do not hold much stock in the bar so run out of spirits! Long time waiting for service. Reception and management don't seem bothered to resolve issues when they are advised. Rooms are very clean and looked after. Restaurant ok, but there are better places to eat (and better service) in the town.

we liked all amenities and room. Spa and staff excellent. location excellent we did not like car park provision. non existance.

Nice lobby, great breakfast, location, friendly staff. Parking was limited especially with a football game happening that night.

The hotel is great, location wise is convenient but a bit far off, like 5-10 minutes walking distance to centre. Staff was really nice and kind, all information that I needed was provided very easily, but when I got to the room I was very pleased. The room was spacious, extremely comfortable and neat, very well decorated, as the rest of the hotel. the bathroom is gorge with gold details, massive tub and shower. The bed was really comfy, bedding, pillows, rope, no complaints at all. The breakfast had tons of options and it was great and in a cool room. I have to say, as it was rather cold outside, it felt great inside the hotel, with the fireplace on, all the little corners were so cozy and pretty. Would definitely stay here again. Only no with this place, there is no parking although it has a place nearby for a daily fee.

A very beautiful hotel, great experience from check-in to departure. Could not find fault in any aspect of staying with this hotel, professional friendly staff, knowledgeable about the city and what is going on in it. A super conceptual residence.

This hotel has a wonderful location, good facilities, however the room was a great disappointment : super small, no closet to hang the clothes, drab grey color. It did have decent size bathroom.

The hotel is very chick and modern! The acommodations are great and i really enjoyed it.

Design hotel right in the center of Guimarães. The fireplace at the entrance sets the right mood for a winter break. The bed was spacious, the shower was great and the breakfast had a good variety. Would definitely come back.

Very modern; good public paying parking nearby; great rooftop pool; comfortable beds; very good breakfast. Our room 208 was a bit noisy with pool overflow we think and neighboring barking dogs. Recommended.

Clea, spacious, modern and lovely hotel on the edge of Guimaraes - close to sights and stadium. Highly recommended.
