It's a nice apartment in the city center near the big shopping mall and train station. Things that are excellent about this unit: 1) very convenient location; 2) very clean with attention to detail; 3) clear instructions to access the unit (there is no front desk as this is an apartment, not a hotel room). I had to knock a couple stars off though. One star off because the unit is on the 7th floor and there is no elevator. Anyone who is out-of-shape should not rent this apartment. I'm in good shape and I was winded by the time I reached the top. I would still rent this apartment but the fact you have to walk up 7 stories of stairs should be mentioned in the description. Another star off because checkout is at noon, and right at noon I had a knock on my door by the property manager, who was annoyed I was still there. Of the countless times I've rented hotels, and checked out a few minutes late, this is the first time someone has gotten upset over it.

We were shocked to find that there were 122 steps to get to the apartment. We were also surprised to find out that there was no one on site to admit us to the property. We needed a code that was mentioned, but not highlighted, in the contract. There was a loose connection in a bedroom light.This experience was far from pleasant. It was a hassle.

The room was great but a bit small for 4 people. But the room was well-kept and clean. They had also left some food in the cabinets and water in the fridge, they also had some coffee. Overall we were pleased with everything. The only actual problem was climbing up the stairs to the sixth floor by foot because there is not an elevator.
