Staff really friendly! Very clean !

We needed a day room between getting off our cruise ship and our flight very early the next morning, and the Ibis Manaus Aeroporto was perfect. It was rather Spartan - just a double bed, a chair, an attached sitting bench, and a small shelf/desk - but it had a small fridge, a big window, a good restaurant, and really good air conditioning. The property was clean and in good repair. The staff was very friendly, though Google Translate was helpful as they did not speak much English. With it we were able to check in, order two meals, check out, and get a taxi to the airport with minimal difficulties. They called a cab for us - at midnight - and one arrived very shortly. We were dropped off at the airport within 10 minutes. All-in-all, the hotel gave us everything we needed for that day. We fared much better than couples we met who just sat at the mostly non-air conditioned airport for 15 hours.

This was a nice hotel and the bed comfortable. Due to the humidity issue the hotel recommended that the AC stay at 22 c. The room was colder as a result and this is where a blanket or thicker sheets would be beneficial in this case. The food was great and the hotel was close to the airport for the next day flight.

The location is excellent! Close to the airport . friendly member of staff. I definitely recommend it.

Close to Airport; accommodating and helpful staff. There should definable be some western standards cleaning oversight, my room was quite noisy from street traffic outside.

We were well attended in every area. THE RESTAURANT IS EXCELLENT 3 MEALS A DAY!! The service was first class and especially friendly. We were there for 6 days... and therefore got to know the waiters waitresses by name.

Íbis Manaus airport is a modern building, great decoration, convenient area to arrive at airport just 5 minutes, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. The restaurant has a good food and the breakfast has variety of milk, juice, bread, and also offers tomatoes sliced. The only thing that really was inconvenient was the terrible humidity in the room at the point the floor was wet and I need 2 extra cover. The area around the hotel does not offer much but you can go by car in a shopping around 20 minutes from the hotel. Or in 10 minutes by car and walk at the bay and see a beautiful view of sunset over the river.

The room is quite noisy because the window faces the main road. There was dog barking all the night too. The breakfast has just few choices. The restaurante only opens afrer 19:00.

It was a very nice hotel at the airport. The staff were great as it was a last minute booking.
