Room was cold as was the shower.
I have stayed here many times for work, reported these issues in the morning, but no follow up.
Also getting a VAT receipt for my meal was an issue.

Plug hole of bath was full of toe nails, absolutely disgusting. This was 2nd room as other one stunk of spilt milk. Plus beds were very uncomfortable and tipped backwards. Poor experience

The property is fairly old so presents a few challenges for some with limited mobility, like me.
However, when I asked to change my room due to a tricky set of stairs with no handrail causing issues, it was swifty dealt with and my luggage was moved.
It is a nice hotel with a very nice terrace overlooking the sea.
Breakfast is very nice and sitting on the terrace overlooking the sea is a very pleasant experience.

We had three nights at this hotel - staff friendly. It has a really nice patio facing the sea which is brilliant plus we ate in restaurant- very good bar the dessert but the staff very kindly took this off.

Great view (from my bed you can only see the sea and sky and can only hear the waves lapping against the beach, just like when I was in Barbados)

Nice sea view from room . Large room area . Bit noisy floor and bed . Bathroom with no curtains or water blocker ,water is all over the floor while taking shower . Breakfast is just okay the price I paid £114 expected little better in quite days . Overall okay

A lovely stay at the Hatfield a wonderful welcome and service throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and always smelled fresh. The decor was tasteful and fresh and the restaurant and bar area was spacious with excellent sea views. We had a sea view room which was lovely. Our bed was quite small but it was a standard - I would book a larger bed another time but apart from that the room was clean and fresh. We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast here and it was all very nice- we would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay, everything was great from the greeting when we first arrived, pleasantly surprised by the room (georgeous sea view) the food and service at the bar and restaurant in the evening. Decided to have roast Sunday lunch too - that was also fabulous food and friendly attentive staff.
Just managed to get one of the few remaining parking spaces upon arrival so that was a bonus too. Will definitely go again.

The standard room was bigger than expected . The exterior was a bit shabby but I understood it was a W.I.P but the interior was wecoming and clean. Steff very friendly and a very good menu available .
