My Air Canada flight from Toronto was cancelled due to mechanical issues and I called Chateau Nova to ask for cancellation of my first nights stay, they would not cancel my reservation. I have several bookings that I will now change hotels.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. We stayed in a spacious 1 bedroom apartment which was comfortable and great for spreading out. Airport shuttle was very helpful, lounge is large and restaurant is good.

This hotel was extremely busy and the lot is under construction as they are expanding. There was still lots of free parking. The staff was very friendly...both front desk and cleaning staff. We did not eat at the restaurant that was inside the hotel. There is a grocery store and Shoppers just a couple of blocks away. We stayed in a suite and some items were missing from the kitchen such as forks and our fan was broken. This wasn't a big deal for us. The internet was a little slow. Overall a very nice hotel and a great location in a beautiful city.

We had a family suite on the newer side. When we arrived the shower had a few hairs in it and both TVs weren’t working. When we addressed the staff they stated the one in the bedroom wasn’t working but walked us through how to get the cable working in the living room. The apartment was spacious and we were fortunate to overlook nature. The service in restaurant was slow and did not have friendly staff. The food was mediocre. Do not order the yogurt parfait at breakfast is was very stale. The bacon tasted like it was days old and my husband only got a half piece of toast with his breakfast.
The check in and out went smooth. I don’t foresee us staying here again.

The place itself was lovely. Clean room. Super compfy bed. The food, however, so not good... and service in bar very slow. A bit of a gong show if i am honest. We would stay there again, but not eat in the restaurant.

Rooms are cleaned only every 3 days regardless of whether you use the "tidy up sign". Coffee supplies are not replenished. Restaurant and lounge is good. Location is good.

I was very surprised with how nice the rooms are. Staff was friendly, the lounge had good food. My only complaint is that the tv in my bedroom didn’t work and I asked front desk to come and fix it and they didn’t. If it was one night I would understand but I was there for a week. All in all though great hotel for the area.

Because I booked online through Expedia, the front desk was unable to change my booking to a government rate. Understand so, however the tone used by the front desk clerk was somewhat rude. There was also hair in the tub before I used it.

The hotel is well located, the beds are confortable and big. The staff was nice and helpfull. I really enjoyed my stay.
I didn't like the curtains. It wasn't a true blackout and I could see the light coming from the outside. This is not good when the day is very long.
I also didn't like the soundproofing of the room. I could hear people from other room and from the hall. I woke up many times during the night because people were noise.

The Chateau Nova is in a great location, with wonderful amenities (in the room and in the hotel). The complimentary airport shuttle is greatly appreciated.

Very new and clean hotel. I am surprised how loud it is and how little noise insulation there is. They must have cut corners in building it. Also it would be nice if they cleaned the room and replenished bathroom supplies. My room was not cleaned on the second day.

I had multiple issues on my stay, down to my room, not being clean two days in a row without me having to call down on the second day to see if it was actually going to get cleaned to multiple things in the room being broken. To the front desk peoples credit they did apologize and did send people to fix the items and bring me towels and the things that were lacking from the room, but for the price that I paid, they were not things that I should’ve had to have argued over. I stayed here three weeks ago as well, and it was fine, so quite disappointed with the stay this time for the price that we paid.
