Good location

Very nice hotel in the center of Hameln. Staff was a bit rusty with english, but we managed. Huge bathroom in a modern design. Good beds. Note that there are entrances both from the Kopmanshof street (you can drive there) and from the pedestrian main street (where you cannot). There is a parking house just round the corner on Kopmanshof.

A very nice hotel just around the corner from the museum and main square. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast was good if somewhat ordinarily, I didnt understand why they had scrambled eggs but no bacon? Why bother with the scrambled eggs without the good stuf :) Main point is a good clean hotel in right at the tourist attraction.

The hotel is well located in the middle of the old town. The whole of Hameln is within walking range, even the Hauptbahnhof was only 20 minutes.

There was no kettle in the room or in the hotel but they did get gluten free bread and lactose free milk when asked ready for our breakfast

Location of hotel and breakfast was great here but the hotel beds are extremely hard and the walls are really thin you can here every flush, every step and even next doors tv

Wonderful winter vacation with family on their first trip to Europe. Best hotel we stayed at during our travel throughout Italy, Germany and poland. Perfect location, excellent breakfast, reasonable parking (about $10 per day) and big rooms. Visited during winter and winter markets were just across the courtyard. Building is connected to great restaurant/cafe and unlike many of our other hotel stays during this tracer--the in-room heaters and wifi worked flawlessly. My only criticism was that the lobby was not 24 hours, but that is largely overshadowed by all the other excellences. I recommend and will find an excuse to stay here again.

This is a typical German town hotel. Well kept, clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good and included in the room price. The hotel is conveniently located near the Hamelin train station. I would stay there again.

It was very nice apartment, the hotel also offers hotel rooms, but I like space and additional commodities like: toaster, coffee express (filters were provided), fridge and kettle, cause I'm often staying awake till 2am and I like to drink tea or coffee til that hour. The town of is lovely and safe and you can follow the pied piper who is starting he's evening tour right beneath your apartment ;) The breakfasts were simply awesome, and the staff was helpful and very kind. They also are speaking well in English, so any requests won't be an issue. Internet connection was good and the entire hotel is well covered so there's no problem with that aspect.

Small hotel at the heart of Hameln close to all attractions and shops. Nice and courteous staff. Very basic amenities and even more basic accommodation arrangements. Just barely 3 star. In my opinion the bed and bedding needs some serious update at least. It was very uncomfortable full with dents and no support at all. Will look around next time for more accommodation options.

Great location for Hamelin. Hotel room a little tired. Breakfast very nice.

We stayed for one night in a family room/apartment as a stopover on the way to Alsace. Everything works as it should, breakfast was great compared to the price and the receptionist did a great job, even spoke english.

Very good sized room. Was street side so at night could be noisy with windows open. No other issue identified.

The Hotel is in a good area, with sights all around and lots of good cafés and restaurants nearby.

Amazing hotel in the middle of no where. Great restaurant, great rooms, friendly service. Very modern with indoor pool. Highly recommend.

Hotel right in the town centre. Staff all excellent. Rooms very nice and cleaned daily. Breakfast good but can get a bit crowded in dining room when hotel busy. Would recommend and will use again.

We have been to this Hotel three times this year and will come again. Staff nice and helpful. Lits of restaurants and nice shopes near by.

It was15 minuites walk from the station. I could leave my baggage at hotel and go sightseeing before check-in time.

Stayed here for three nights and it worked out very well. Close proximity to town centre, shops, trains, parking etc. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again sometime.

I took my family to see where I lived as a child. I picked this hotel as it was central and in the main town. I booked, emailed about parking and it was all sorted before I got there. The staff were minimal but ever willing and able to attend to you. Getting drinks, dinner if you eat in the restaurant. The breakfast is continental only so got a bit boring. Resturant food was good. Don't expect 5* and you'll be happy.

Thanks to MY clerical error, we arrived in Hameln one day BEFORE our reservations. The Hotel gladly took us in, and we enjoyed two days in the town. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was easy to locate, and the pay parking area was just several hundred feet down the street. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the Hotel and its environs were very quiet, which helped for a good sleep. We were too lazy to leave our bed for breakfast, but we did enjoy a very tasty dinner in the Hotels attached restaurant in the pedestrian zone. The Hotel is about 200 feet away from the Hameln Museum and in close proximity to many historic buildings; the town is easily walked. Hameln will be appreciated by travelers of the Deutschen Marchenstrasse (Germany Fairy Tale Road) and/or the Deutschen Fachwerkstrasse (German Timber Frame Road) for its historical importance and its architecture.

Great little room at an old school German inn. Small but clean room. Great sized bathroom for Europe.
