If you want the feel of a cozy log cabin without the price this is it. We love it here abs the beds are so cozy. I am a very light sleeper so it's hard to sleep when I'm on vacation due to all of the noises in hotels. Doors slamming, kids running up and down hallways ect but we stay here because there is none of that. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Check in was smooth and easy. Room turn service was performed daily if you wanted. Pool was in good shape. Trolley stop is right across street. Walk to the strip is 5 minutes. Check out was just as smooth as check in. Be prepared for daily bear and raccoon visits. Improvements could be: The beds were not comfortable, but nothing is like home. The parking. Although you had a dedicated space for your room, the lot isn’t designed for large vehicles. A small sedan or similar would be fine. A large suv(Tahoe) or pickup truck it’s pretty tight. I would most definitely stay here again.

The location was very close to downtown, walkable. Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable.

We loved this property. Nice walking distance right to The Village. Be careful around outside though. We saw 2 bears in one day. They were just walking around looking for scraps. Nice to look at but just be aware !

We stay there every year about this time. So convenient to downtown. Check in is super easy. Rooms are just what we needed.

There's a reason this little hotel has the highest customer rating in Gatlinburg! If you want a great room with an even better price, just stay here. The rooms are so clean and inviting. The rocking chairs are comfortable and a great place to unwind or get ready for the day with your coffee. The owners are nice and will go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. The pool is 8' DEEP (they have a shallow end too) and clean. The walk to the "strip" is easy both ways and shady. We stayed here for a quick birthday getaway. We ate out for every meal but delivery options are abundant. The mini-fridge and microwave are enough to heat up and store leftovers. The water pressure in the shower was great and the bathroom and towels were clean. To my surprise the mattresses were more comfortable than any other big name hotel (and we stay at a lot of hotels)!! My sis-in-law stayed with us and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. We met some friendly neighbors and enjoyed watching the wildlife, the people passing by, and just listening to the creek with good conversation. Would absolutely stay here again!

Marshall's Creek Rest Motel is in the perfect location to everything in Gatlinburg. We parked our car when we arrived and walked everywhere for two days. The hotel is very clean. The outside is quant with porch swings and rocking chairs.

This property has everything and it's off the main drag just enough to be quiet. You do have to walk in a gentle hill to get to the main drag but nothing if you are active.

This is an average motel. No breakfast. There is a small pool. You get dedicated parking spot. Quick check in and check out. It is in a walking distance from main Gatlingburg street with restaurants.

Excellent motel! One of the cleanest motels we have stayed in. The beds were super comfortable. The area is off the beaten path. It is extremely quiet and an easy walk into town. The outdoor seating next to the creek is so relaxing after a day in the Smokies. Will definitely stay again!

Rooms are small. Bathroom is small. No room to put suit cases down.

Very clean, but the best part was how easy it was to walk to downtown. This saved money on parking.

I have stayed here several times. Less than a 3 minute walk to the Gatlinburg strip. Very centrally located!!You get the cabin feel without paying the price of a super expensive cabin.Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

Everything was awesome, except one minor complaint. The springs on my bed were very noisy with the slightest movement.
