Wonderful hotel and the location was fantastic We had an issue with parking as i was told they didnt have spaces but miraculously 3 appeared I had booked the henrietta room based upon the appearance. However, on arrival the room we were given resembles nothing of the photos. Was much smaller and incredibly basic decor. Unfortunately due to arriving late from a long day i didnt take photos. The hotel was great other than that detail and the staff were more than accommodating

Wow. What else can we say? This hotel is perfection. I will start by saying that we stayed in “The Hideout” for five nights during our wedding celebrations. So, we were already pretty happy - and the hotel only elevated our experience. The room is fabulous - it’s true that the hot tub isn’t that hot - but we absolutely loved coming back after a hot day strolling around to sink into the fresh bubbly waters. The hotel is playfully decorated with very intriguing art collections. Housekeeping was brilliant and efficient. The food was absolutely stellar - we ate at the bar twice and had breakfast every day. And, most notably, the staff were phenomenal. They were the best hypewomen on the morning of the wedding and they consistently went out of their way to look after us and check how we were getting on. We cannot wait to return to No. 15 and will also be looking to visit the other Guesthouse properties soon - what a super hotel offering, carefully designed to make you feel at home. Thank you all!

Lovely 1 night stay in large guest room. Welcome drink as part of VIP rewards. Guest pantry is a great addition. Room was very clean, very spacious. Lovely dining area with good selection of drinks. This is my second stay with no15

The accomdation is set just outside of the town centre in a lovely Edwardian Building with lots of character and charm. The room was immaculate and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Could not fault the place.

We booked our room last minute after checking out of another hotel on arrival because that room was so bleak! No. 15 was a refreshingly light, bright, friendly, welcoming hotel to move to and we were thrilled that we could stay there to celebrate a special weekend. The help-yourself pantry was a gorgeous touch, the bed was ginormous and we made good use of the record player in our room. The hotel is in a great location, just over the Pulteney Bridge, which make walking most places super easy.

Very friendly staff and very comfortable room. Close to attractions and restaurants but not so close that it wasn’t relaxing. Very peaceful area.

Great hotel & staff. Very convenient location for easy access into the centre of town. The hotel manager Chris is fantastic and makes you feel very welcome.

We had the most amazing stay at No.15! The staff were so helpful and accommodating and the check in process was seamless! Highly recommend the Coach House rooms! It was a great and beautiful location and everything was in walking distance too.

Luxury boutique hotel in Center of bath

A wonderful experience at this smaller boutique hotel. Very close to Harrods, other great shopping and different dining experiences. It’s off the Main Street in a charming and quiet side neighborhood. The breakfast and bar service was amazing. The staff very thoughtful.

Lots of character. Unconventional--not at all like a chain hotel. Great location. Lovely staff. Great bar

The staff were pleasant and helpful. My room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. However the walls in the room were only partially decorated and appeared to be unpainted or papered. Reception said this was a style but its not one I like or have encountered before. My children were in the same type of room as me but their room was properly decorated. I also noticed some landings on the stairs were uncarpeted a work in progress perhaps?

We had a beautiful room, it was quiet and the staff were exceptionally pleasant and professional.

Second stay at this hotel. Both times given room on lower level. Hot and stuffy. Starting at 6 in the morning, the staff begin setting up for breakfast which is located in the lower level, they bang the doors around, they speak at the top of their voices, they bang their carts around, every time they open the door to access the lower level, the door slams shut and shakes everything in the room. Basically after 6AM don’t expect to get any sleep.

We absolutely loved this property. The staff was amazing and the room was gorgeous. The food was also amazing in the bar/restaurant.

Amazing hotel and was so fantastic from start to finish! Staff are so lovely and helped us with everything we needed & asked. Decor was gorgeous. Room was super clean & bed so comfy. Food was fab. Couldn’t believe how close the hotel was to the everything in Bath. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel, staff, facilities, breakfast, room, interior design, amenities were all perfect. Cannot complain about anything.

Great location, lovely building, super staff, great bar area. Felt our bedroom had limited space for putting our toiletries - table was narrow and had hotel stuff on it. Bedside tables tiny.
