Decent hotel. Within walking distance of the town centre but up a hill. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Its not super luxurious and there was an issue with door locks. All in all not bad for a budget option.

Large, clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable. A nice addition would be to have a kettle in the room.

I stayed here for 2 nights for a very reasonable price and am very happy with my experience. Staff was eager to help with any question I had and also very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the location is great. I would definitely stay here again)

Sheets had yellow stains, on one side of the bed it was way too narrow for someone to walk (even slim people). Tv too small and placed way too high. Checking too forever to complete. Staff were very friendly yet not knowing english even though they work in tourism made communication really hard.

Very quiet hotel,

Aside from the pretty nice view from the balcony room, the room was pretty unremarkable. Small and spartan. Corridors are oddly dark. Paid parking was full, spent some time driving around til we found parking for 10 euro up the hill.

We stayed for 2 nights at EUROTEL. The only positive thing I can say about our stay was the good breakfast. The room was not clean. First they sent us into a room with a broken sink that smelled moldy. Then the second room that we finally stayed had a very dirty bathroom with a bathtub in a terrible condition and a toilet that had stains as you can see in the photos. The hotel needs to be immediately renovated. However the most disappoint part of our stay was the service of the lady at the reception. She deliberately lied to us telling us we must pay 15euro for parking per day (30 in total) because we cannot find free or cheap parking in Andorra. That was a complete lie. Very close to the hotel you can find park places in the blue zone that are free from 20:00 to 9:30. Also the second day we stayed was a Sunday and on Sundays parking is free everywhere. I’m glad my son didn’t believe her and told me he had read online that we could find cheaper parking. In fact she was shocked when we denied to pay for the hotels parking. Finally we asked her what would she recommend us to see in the area. Her answer was unbelievable. She said : “there is a tourist office in the city where you can ask what to see in the city”. This is supposed to be a 3 star hotel however only the breakfast is up to those standards. I wouldn’t stay again there due to the bad conditioned rooms and the terrible customer service. Stay at a place closer to the city center as this hotel is quite far.

It was ok. The expectations was higher then the reality of the hotel: poor reception, poor cleaning; however very expensive room.

Very average rooms. Smallish bed. Good location. Parking nearby at hospital car park fine for overnights stays (€3 from 9pm-8am; otherwise €2 per hour). Staff really friendly and helpful!!!

this was just a plain 3 star hotel. Really nice breakfast not included though. Parking was not free. but there wad a parkinglot 1 min from hotel

This place is a nice place to stay. There breakfast buffet is very good. Has eggs and bacon other good stuff even had wine. The only issue I had was at checkout. I made sure to pay for my breakfast ever morning. But on checkout they claimed I didn't pay on 1 of the mornings. So I paid them again. I suggest if you stay here to get a receipt every morning.

Wonderful hotel

We werent in the hotel long each day, as it was a ski holiday. Location was in a town with an easy drive to the ski resort. It was a bit quiet, but the rooms were ok, and the lounge was spacious. Importantly breakfast was a great start to the day. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
