Awesome accommodation. Quiet location with easy access to restaurants and shopping in the South Wharf precinct, plus free trams within 100m or so. Our 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs and customer service and communications were outstanding. Little things like coffee pods, 6 place settings and cutlery etc, are added extra touches which were noted and appreciated. We booked again for another trip before we left. Thanks for a wondeddul stay.

The location was amazing, everything was in the free tram zone if you wanted to head to local attractions CBD etc. directly across from the Melbourne convention centre and DFOs. Local restaurants were delicious! Staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay!

Great, quiet location, good for walking everywhere, free trams and shopping. DFO directly across the bridge, good choice of restaurants very close by and ideal location for exhibition centre. Excellent staff, friendly, accommodating and responsive when items needed replenishing. Good facilities with pool, gym and library. Large comfortable apartment, second bedroom had two single beds but squashed in so door won’t close! This wouldn’t suit if you have young kids or want privacy! Bathroom basic and needs updating. Our apartment looked over multi storey carpark so would make sure to get a river view next time! Will return 😀

LOVED the view, the location, the excellent communication. Did not love the credit card surcharge when I used a debit card. Currently investigating this with admin.

The location was excellent, very close to DFO and Convention Centre. Great restaurants nearby. Tram stops close by within the free tram zone.

Location to Casino and DFO was great. Short walk from where SKy Bus drop off is next to Spencer Street Station. About a 40 minute walk to MCG however you can use the free tram that will cut it down by half. 15 minute walk to Marvel Stadium. Overall a great place to stay and only minor complaint is there were no Fox Sport or Premium TV channels that I would've been prepared to pay a higher price for.

Very enjoyable stay. Room was very clean with full amenties. Location was excellent. Close to Crown Casino, Dining and DFO shopping. Staff were very helpful. Gym and spa were good however the pool temperature was cold and unable to enjoy swimming. Overall very pleased with accommodation.

The location is good, very convenient to get to the Yarra river which is nice but It‘s still a very disappointing stay overall. I lived in room 914. It seems like they hadn’t done a good cleaning before we came and the apartment was in a really bad condition. Two lamp in my room were broken. Bathroom, quilt and carpet were not clean. I could even see the boogers on the wall. Their front desk open time is to 7pm. They contacted me and told me that I might not be able to arrive before 7 seven so they would put the key in the key safe, but I arrived at 6.50 and the office had already been closed. My phone couldn’t find the name of the WiFi they provided so had to contact them to deal with the problems. If it can work on improving its cleanness and updating its facilities, it is still a nice place to stay

We had a 3 bedroom apartment (for 4 adults) and it was fabulous. Clean and modern and in a great location. Will definately be back again.

Great location just over the Yarra River from Melbourne Exhibition Centre. We were up graded to a 3 bedroom unit. Master bedroom had walk in robe and a large ensuite with separate shower and large bath. The apartment had 3 toilets, a large family bathroom. Large kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher. Also a separate laundry with washer and dryer. A large balcony with outdoor furniture and a fabulous view. Comfortable and modern. Bedding was very comfortable - 1 x KB, QB & 2 x KS My only complaint was that all the pillows in the apartment were big and high and no options for anything different. 2 x KS. My onlycomplaint wasthe pillows

Upgraded from booked apartment. 3 bedroom on the 10th floor. Perfect condition, fantastic view of the river, small balcony with seating . Ensuite was large with a bath and a shower, yet there isnt a power point to be found anywhere in the ensuite. Furst night we were there, no hot water to do the dishes with. Assumed that the water had been used the morning we booked in and would heat up over night. Not so, ran it for 20 minutes and had to have a cold shower before attending my function . The desk isnt maned over the weekend so i left a text message that was answered hours later saying to run the water for 5 minutes! That night when i got home i found that the water had heated and whilst it was hot for the following days of the stay, the water pulsated out as if it was to the beat of a song. This issue was mentioned on check out and i was told that there had been a problem weeks earlier on the 10th floor but a large amount of money had been spent replacing a part and they thought it was fixed. There is nowhere to park your car whilst checking in, had to pull up and let them know i was there and they let me straight into the car park which costs $20 a night. Location is fantastic if you plan on heading to Crown, lots of food choices in the area, DFO shopping just a short walk away. Free wifi. I would certainly stay again as the location is fantastic

The bathroom/toilet was not clean. Fittings are damage and need replacement. Location was exceptional. The kitchen, living and room and bedroom were in good condition.

Great place to stay in the centre of Melbourne. Good views and very comfortable apartment. It is quite noisy down on the river-front, but you don't hear any noise up in the apartments. The only complaint I could think of, was the coffee pods were strong ones! Overall, would highly recommend.

This is a great location for a stroll along the river, to DFO, the casino and Southbank attractions, and very close to tram stops which will take you to Docklands and CBD shopping and beyond. A great home base.

Location and pool great. Apartment clean but on 1st floor to noisy street with not a lot of natural light. Sewerage smell in main bathroom. Left last night for better sleep at home.

Great views, 2 bathrooms, spa and pool were excellent. Friendly check in.

Room is very clean, big and beautiful view and location is very convenience. Will definitely come back again.
