I liked the fact that it was an apartment. However, part of wanting an apartment was to cook some of our own meals etc.. there was no stove, very little kitchen supplies to cook food (almost none). Then the place was hardly cleaned, a five minute pop in the empty trash was about all. We had a couple air conditioners leak and break and was unclear if they were going to be fixed because communication was so poor. The bedding had stains on it from previous visitors, and was never changed. The kids pool was closed (and had been since October) with no sign of opening. I could go on and on.. we WAY overpaid for what was promised.

The Apartment is very spacious. Rooms abundantly large. There are some insects (flies, flea) in the room. Hygiene needs some improvement

Balcony view i like. Lift no operated & we using Bomba lift. Difficult to find entrance. Heat inside the building (lobby,lift, corridor)

We were at Loft E and getting to/ from apartment was complicated as access to apartment had to be made via Fourth floor carpark as we were arriving by car. We had to lug luggages up stairs which was most inconvenient. We had two physically challenged friends which made it more difficult in the absence of ramps. I noticed that there is a lobby entrance to Loft E from street level. Why were we not allowed to use this entrance? Can I suggest that you do not accept bookings for physically challenged individuals. Room light and aircon switches are located at inconvenient locations. Sliding door to the balcony could not be locked. As access to apartment require card keys we were given only one set of keys, which was very inconvenient.

You have to contact them before you arrive. The room is very bland. It is clean and fairly comfortable. I would not come back and find a more conventional hotel. The location is good if you like malls.

my only complaint was that the site said they had transfers they do not. The apartment was wonderful, clean, spacious, wonderful view, quiet and there was a large shopping centre below the apartment. The shopping centre also had a level for entertainment, which our children enjoyed.

However, I saw an army of ants after dropping and leaving a piece of durian on the floor, which means there ain't no roaches (roaches don't live in places with ants). Staff provided luggage storage service for free, and everything was kept nice and comfortable. Pool (available on 3A floor), which I used three times during my stay of four nights, was also amazing with nice views. In short, I fuxxing loved this place.

The unit that we stayed in had two rooms. The air-conditioner in one of the rooms only worked for about 15 minutes before it died upon us. We called the technician to our room to get it fixed, but we were told that the two units of air-conditioners in the two rooms were sharing one unit of compressor. What a horror! We spoke to a lady at the Reception about this issue but her reply was that she is unable to solve this issue for us and the best we can do is to highlight this to Hotels.com so that her management can be informed of a bad review and do something about it.

Shopping and lots of eating places

The management sucks, not good service.. Airconditioner not working well, what hypptv??? Wasting, better astro channel.. The hotline number useless.. There is one staff with rude manners..

Great location, attached to the Mall, however the apartment is old, old furniture, clean bedding though. It is very difficult to find and locate anyone to help you. You need mobile access to be able to call someone to come and meet you, even then it is difficult. Nice people though.

Location was excellent. Check-in instruction was TERRIBLE! We received their welcome message after confirmation but they did not advise proper check-in procedure. Address on confirmation stated Loft A...Reception and collection of keys were in Loft A, but our penthouse 3-BR condo was in Loft B. So, upon arrival, we unloaded all our 8 luggages at Loft A! The staff who was assigned to take us to the unit took us to the wrong unit and we had to carry all our luggages round and round the 2 building blocks! He should have done his homework first to locate our unit whlist awaiting our arrival...instead of punishing the customers! Check-out staff upon feedback given to her - she was so defensive and impolite. Air -conditioning in 1 of the bedroom was faulty. Lighting in the rooms were insufficient. Few of the power sockets were faulty. We will NOT return to this condo - so many other choices available nowadays. We paid premium price but obtained mediocre quality / value.

it was such a wonderful trip and the hotel is so comfortable

We stayed in a 3 bed apartment which was clean and very spacious. It had kitchen faculties and washing machine. Also very effective aircon and fans. All the switches are clearly labelled in terms of which operate which device which was helpful. Beds were comfortable. All residents have access to the pool which is large and generally pretty empty - and to the gym. The apartments are above the IMAGO shopping mall where you can get food etc. Its only 5 mins in a taxi to Jessleton pier. Very good value compared to hotel prices in central KK.The only thing that needs improving is the arrangements for check in and out. We were told that someone would meet us in the lobby of the appartments but waited quite a while and we werent really given any information about the apartment. It seems as though it relies on a friend of the owner to hand out the keys. Similarly we had some issues with checkout as no-one came at the agreed time and we ended up having to leave the keys in he post box to avoid missing our bus.

It is quite difficult for a first timer to get in as there is no reception & the door to go into the hotel is lock until you call someone to open it for you (which you have to wait like more or less 15 min).

convenient location as it link to shopping mall and can buy some grocery if you are staying longer period. staff is friendly and helpful. Aircon doesn't work very well for master bedroom. That's ok. The disappointing part is cleanliness. Fridge has some foul smell, we have to clean it to clear the smell. Sofa has stain and dining table, chair and bedding not very clean as well. Toilet also not very clean and flushing system has bit issue. But if you are ok with all these, it's still worth to stay due to good location.

the room is a unit in a condo facing the big ventilation machine of the ＩＭＡＧＯ mall below the condo. what is meant is you have to keep the window closed during the day to keep out the noise outside and also keep the aircond on all the time. It is okay for short stay. The flat is equipped with washing machine and cooking utensil. Noise insulation is not great and you can always hear kid noise outside the corridor during early morning. I was here for 5 days and no one come in to do housekeeping. Even toilet roll was not resupplied too. I dont mind no housekeeping but simple consumables such as toilet roll should have some spare in the room. The bed is large but you only find one blanket and they charge for an extra blanket. This is not guest friendly when you book the room for 2 persons. The only time the hotel management came in was to stick a new tour company pamphlet on the door. The pool and gym is nice and the podium is quite large and relaxing. Since it is not a hotel, it does not have the usual crowd of guests. Eating is not a problem around the place, u can find plenty in the mall or the office complex across the road. Taxi is always available downstairs. there are also 2 convenience stores downstairs too. My room has 2 aircond for a studio, I would suggest the owner to put a ceiling fan instead. Global warming is basically killing all the corals which i notice while snorkeling in those small island.

Located in the most convenient area (inside the best shopping mall (IMAGO) in Kota Kinabalu plus great local restaurants, bistros and places to chill nearby). 5 star standard hotel with good facilities. Friendly staff that can help us in everything! Thanks a lot! Great seaview and there were free fresh local fruits prepared for us in the hotel too. Definitely will choose to live here during my next visit in Kota Kinabalu again! Highly recommended to others! and lastly THANK YOU for providing such good accommodation and services!!!
