Nice property, excellent drinks from restaurant as well as food , no water provided in the room I tough it was included in resort fee but no water.

The staff at the hotel was beyond kind and helpful. The hotel is intimate and the customer service is outstanding!

Loved everything about this property and unit, only downfall was that the light on the patio was out.

The staff was super friendly and professional and the rooms were fantastic. Food and drinks were an A and the location was very close to all one could need.

There were mosquitoes in the room. My husband and I got bitten. The patio light was not working so we were not able to use the patio at night. Called office multi times but it never got fixed and we were there for 3 nights.

It’s a beautiful property with a pretty good restaurant. Enjoyed the villa very much except for two things. The mattress was uncomfortably hard and the pillows were terrible. The television is too small and it didn’t work well. Hard time changing channels. The WiFi was terrible, absolutely didn’t work. Did not get a good nights sleep. Everything else was exceptional.

Beautiful property and nice villa. Prior Kirkland ownership reviews raved about the place, breakfast and the service and comparatively it seems less than before. Found the staff very friendly and helpful, some fixes needed in the units, sinks not draining, tv not working well, furnishings, while lovely could use a refresh.

Okay, to begin with we liked the property & Palm Springs. Although a bit chilly, we went in mid January, it was bright and sunny every day and CLEAR-you can see for miles around. The property consists of 1 story 'bungalows' and 'cottages' from the 30's but completely reconstructed in 2016. The cottage we stayed in consisted of a large bedroom and a large bath area connected by a utility hallway and a cozy outside fire pit area. Good size for a couple, not for a family. Daily Housekeeping is included though we had to keep reminding them of the need for more than 1 facecloth/washcloth. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was modern. Daily delivery of a continental breakfast is a nice touch, a Keurig coffee maker (they also provided free fresh coffee at the on-site restaurant Azucar if you wish) and fresh bottled water is also a plus. A fridge is included but NO MICROWAVE made for some wasted leftovers from restaurants.Staff was quite friendly and cordial. After a few days there it felt a bit cramped so we would not spend a week there again. The room rate varied from $335 to $803 per night PLUS a daily $48 resort fee and avg $63/day taxes. Overall Price would have been $620 higher had it not been for our Expedia member pricing. The property is VERY convenient to downtown area so we were able to walk to every restaurant, museum/attraction there, you will need an Uber to the airport (10 min) and rent a car to go to Joshua Tree National Park or the PS Tramway as we did.

Our visit exceeded all expectations. Staff, accommodations and all amenities were outstanding. Great location, and just a beautiful property. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant, spa and grounds. It doesn't get any better than this for downtown Palm Springs.

The room we stayed in had a problem with sewer and had to be moved to a lower accommodation due to horrible smell. There was no genuine attempt to compensate us for the inconvenience or bad experience. The place itself was quiet and cute but disappointing with their customer service.

the hotel was quiet, romantic, and the little private walled courtyard with outdooor tub and fire pit was really nice. premium furniture, most comfortable bed! great linens, a really large shower. walking distance from the main street fir shopping and food. 4-10 minute drive from multiple beautiful hikes. office staff was very friendly!

Nice location but they need to provide slippers, better tasting Keurig cups, and more variety in the complimentary breakfast. They also need to fix the water pressure in the shower.

Let’s talk boutique hotels! I’ve stayed in many hotels and properties in Palm Springs over 20 years now and this place by far is the best. Provide peaceful and relaxing accommodations. The staff are great always and super friendly and courteous. The restaurant manager is so sweet and always making sure you’re have everything you need. The front deck ladies were awesome too and set up for my lady and I a romantic bubble bath with candles. This is my second time here and definitely will be back for more.

Small, quiet, private retreat with terrific food and cocktails. Just perfection at every turn. Staff is constantly checking if you need anything. Absolutely amazing! 10 out of 10 even in the dead heat of summer.

My wife and I came to this property to have a relaxing vacation. We really liked how private it was. I know that some villas are more private than others. We opted To get an upgraded room. We felt very comfortand enjoyed our stay. The property and stuff was very nice everything was very clean. Complimentary breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the restaurant at the pool.. The location was amazing, you couldn't ask for a better location 2 things that I didn't Like was we got our room pretty late. Which I believe we could have got it earlier. Because they had finished cleaning it sooner. And forgot to Call us which is not really the reason that I didn't like. But I didn't like that. They rushed us out at 11 The next day. We would have enjoyed a late checkout. Which every hotel offers an extra hour to complimentary and would have spent more money at the pool. The other thing I didn't like was when they bring you your breakfast in the morning that they just walk in to The villa. My wife was in the shower and I was getting dressed in the living room area. I would have expected the food to be left at the door or for someone to knock. But definitely overall a beautiful stay. And we would definitely come back again.

Quick weekend getaway with hubby for Father’s Day. We loved our premium Villa with spa/plunge pool. Quiet, safe, clean and very relaxing.

We had a great stay at La Serena. the room was big, nice. would definitely stay there again.

It was beautiful, quiet, a great location, and the staff was amazing.
