The owner was quick to answer our questions . The house was well stocked in kitchen, linens, games, etc. Beds and other furniture was comfortable. Decor was attractive and inviting. Kitchen and dinning area a little small but weather was great so we ate outside some. Loved fire pit. Plenty of chairs provided by fire pit and on back patio, including picnic tables. Pool was a plus for us. I would definitely recommend this rental.

We loved the house and all it had to offer. It was well stocked with all sorts of fun things to do.The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this property.

We had a great time! Plenty of games, toys and space for the kids (ages 5-16). The adults had enough rooms and places to play also. 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Large downstairs family room with ping pong, air hockey, TV and WII. Awesome fire pit out back. Close enough to the basketball, tennis courts and hot tub that the kids could walk. Lots of parking. Less than a 10 minute drive to Pickleville Playhouse. Great communication with the host! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was great and had everything you could think of. From blankets, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. kids enjoyed all the down stairs and adults enjoyed the bonfire late at night. Wifi was very slow.

Our family of 12, ranging in age from 1-64, had a wonderful getaway! The home was accommodating and comfortable with everything that we needed. As others have stated, the kitchen and living room area is small for the number of beds that are available. However, with the fun play area downstairs, the pleasant fire pit at the back of the property and the patio just outside the back door, we were able to spread out comfortably. Thank you again for making your lovely vacation home available to our family. We had a wonderful time!

great location, beautiful home with lovely patio and backyard space to enjoy family time. Close to the lake, close to town with grocery and restaurants. The community gives access to pool and hot tub as well! The one issue we had with our size of group, is there could be more restrooms compared to beds. The host was great to work with!

We had an amazing weekend in Bear Lake and were thrilled with the house, which easily accommodated our group of 24. We spent most of our time on the back patio and around the fire pit. Inside the house, there are plenty of places to gather and play. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Location is amazing with great views of the lake. Walking distance to the grocery store and Beans and Brews. The owners were quick to respond to questions and very easy to work with. We loved our time in this Bear Lake house!

We really enjoyed our stay. Checkin process was super easy. Excellent communication. Location is great! Only negatives (and they were minor) - poor internet connectivity. Sleeping accommodations were very good. Wireless was pretty weak. We had one daughter in law who needed to do a little work and she had to you her phone’s hotspot. For as many as it sleeps, there is a limited area to eat together. Fortunately we took advantage of the outside, back patio to eat. From the pictures provided you could tell it was on a hill. We were hopi g for a little flat place to set up cornhole, but there isn’t a place for that. Overall, really enjoyed our stay!!

This is a beautiful, spacious home that is well maintained. The pictures don't do it justice. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner provided many unexpected extras. The fire pit and ping pong table were bonuses that our family enjoyed. I highly recommend this home to anyone vacationing in the Bear Lake area with a large group. (There were 24 of us.)

Lovely stay with a big group

The weather was unseasonably cool, limiting our outdoor adventures this week. The house supplied all the entertainment we needed for three generations. It was a superb vacation home foe a large family reunion.

I brought our high school student council group and we loved this property! It was nice to have lots of separate rooms and lots of beds. We all fit comfortably and the house was well supplied with everything we needed for our stay.

What a great property and wonderful hosts. If you have a large family and are looking for a place to get away I would highly recommend this property. The description of this property was spot on.

We had a wonderful week at this home at Bear Lake. The location is fantastic and there was more than enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. This house screams Lake House with decorations everywhere! It is just up the hill from the lake and the Community pool. It has about everything you could possibly need. The only things that could have been better were the cleanliness of the little garage (spider webs, dirty floor, dirty trash cans) and the back porch (previous renters chalk art all over porch and patio, spider webs and sticky places attracted bees and wasps). I hosed it down for our use. The backyard is a rather steep hill which was overly dry so not great for kids to play on but the view from the firepit up top was great! We did not use the air hockey table but the fooseball table had a couple broken men and the Rock Band equipment all needed new batteries. (There was a supply of batteries in the pantry but the size needed was empty). Other than those few things it was a wonderful property and a beautiful home.

This house was a good rental. House was reasonably clean upon check in, I gave one less star due to having a spill the first hour and needing to wipe it up and seeing how dirty the floor really was. checking in wa super easy, checkout process was pretty standard. Jason was easy to communicate with. We did ask specifically about the wifi, and was told it was good however we noticed it was pretty slow and spotty. The photos of the yard did not appear how I thought however no complains the backyard is basically a hill. We had a FULL house at 30 people between adults to infants. The house felt small in the common areas but fine in the bedrooms. Overall I would consider renting again with a slightly smaller group.

This property was a wonderful place for our family to gather and enjoy time together. The adults were able to play games around the table while the younger children were able to play downstairs. There were plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate everyone. We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house.

I rented this home for my family. We stayed for a week. It was perfect. We all loved the house and the amenities. Everyone was very impressed. We’ve done this sort of reunion a few times and this was by far the best place we been. I really can’t come up with any negative thing to say. Thank you to the owners for a really great week!

This property is perfect for families meeting for a reunion. Plenty of beds and we were able to park 10 cars , but we didn't have a boat or toys on a trailer.

We had a great time. The kitchen and living area was quite crowded and small for our group, but with the outside table it was good. The yard was very steep and the grass was very dry and dead, so the little kids had to make sure they had their shoes on in order to play on it. The outside yard was not maintained at all. Overall it was a good house. It slept a lot of people and we had a great time.

This place met our needs. It provided a great place for kids to play downstairs and a place for the adults to sit upstairs and chat.

We enjoyed the house and surrounding area, lots to do. Plenty of beds and rooms for our large family reunion. The property manager was very kind and communicated very well with us.

While this home advertises for 30 people it isn’t really set up for 30 people. There is no place that a group larger than 12 can eat together. If your group has more than 12 you will be eating in different locations. There is also no place that more than 15 can gather to talk. This also extended to the fire pit. It is a very nice fire pit but won’t comfortably sit more than 12-15 adult people. We didn’t really end up using the fire pit but one time, as the HOA quiet hours start at 10:00 and you can’t be at the fire pit after 10:00. Another struggle we had was with supplies. Basics like garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper were limited. We had 16 in our group and ran out of supplies, having to purchase more. This home would be ideal for a group of 15 or less. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. It appeared to us that the bedding had not been changed from the previous occupants. We had to wash the sheets the first night before feeling comfortable enough to sleep in the beds. There is a beautiful view of the lake from this home. There are lots of amenities such as games, water toys, pool, tennis, and basketball with the equipment to participate included. We have a family reunion every year at Bear Lake and have had many experiences with other places, this is one cabin that unfortunately did not meet expectations, especially for the price we paid to stay.

The home was very nice with room for everyone. It was clean and comfortable. Our crew enjoyed being together. The fire pit was nice in the evenings. The kids enjoyed the game and family room. Overall, it was a great place to have our reunion. Thank you.

It was a wonderful family reunion. The kitchen is a little on the small side for cooking for 30 people. Some of the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced as it is old and cracked. Some of the indoor furniture has seen better days, but overall it was a wonderful place to stay. I never heard "I'm bored", from any of the kids. The owner always responded promptly if I had a question or a need. Perfect location for all your Bear Lake activities.

This was an amazing place for an overdue family reunion. Perfect space and there were so many extras there that we found everything we needed. Enjoyed the views and all the activities nearby. Thanks for the amazing place to gather and share love with those we haven't seen in a long time.
