Exquisite hotel in a unique part of Boise. Staff is extremely helpful and it is clear that they value their guests. Valet is seamless and the valet staff are just as good as the other staff. On site amenities are perfect and the complimentary drinks are a good touch. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Boise. Very business traveler friendly but also good for all sorts of travelers.

....enjoyed the property and staff!I have been in the hotel business, and had this same problem. We all want open and inviting front desk areas, however it is very easy to perceive an empty desk, when an associate must leave the area for whatever reason. Perhaps a ringer (did not see one), when at the desk for the guest. This is minor, but did notice several times.

Nice place

I love this hotel. They have everything you need to have the best stay.

This was our first time staying at The Inn at 500, and we were really excited since we had heard great things. My husband and I live in Boise but thought this would be a great place for a staycation. Overall, this was an okay stay. Nothing extraordinary, nothing that made it feel like this was a four diamond hotel. I will say the customer service is exceptional! Each guest relations employee we came into contact with was attentive. We did have a few downsides to our stay. The first was the noise. We understand it’s downtown, however we’ve stayed in downtown major cities where the noise from outside wasn’t as loud. Second, and this was strange, we had no fitted sheet on our mattress, only two flat sheets wrapped around the mattress. We didn’t realize it until we came back to our room at midnight, called down, and we were told the manager would be right up. It was almost 20 minutes later we called down and just said never mind, we’re going to bed. We got undressed again, only to have the manager knock on our door with two flat sheets to act as a fitted sheet. He was kind and did say it was a housekeeping issue, however, for a $300 room, there should have been a real sheet on our bed, not a makeshift one. I’m aware these aren’t major issues, but for a hotel that is $300/night and is ranked a four diamond, I expected a little more “upscaleness”to our room.

Nice hotel in a good walkable downtown location and nice snacks and drinks included. The parking was automatically added for $27 which seemed high. The checkin process was a little overwhelming with needing to park, initialing several restrictions, and the staff was not too friendly. For the same price, I would have chosen a close by hotel that included breakfast. The coffee downstairs was out and the front staff was on the phone for a long time without acknowledging me to ask about more coffee.

Very clean. Just spent the night for our anniversary and was impressed with the entire facility.

Excellent hotel with great staff and amenities

Hotel itself is great. Service a little wonky. I’d call it limited service. Then today we were already a little nervous to get the shuttle to the airport but they assured the 7am shuttle would get to the airport in plenty of time … until it didn’t. Apparently the valet guy who usually drives the shuttle quit the day before and they didn’t have anyone to drive it. Not normally something you see in a 5-star, premium priced hotel. Again, hotel was great. Operations, not so much.

We arrived super late (1:30 am) but called ahead and when we drove in, staff was there to help immediately and get us settled. This is our go to place to stay in a Boise. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

The Housekeeping did not refill the hair products in the bathroom from the prior person in the room. Housekeeping was the only negative issue.

Fire Slarm went off very early in am.

The room was excellent my only complaint is the road noise.

The staff was great, All our requests were answered quickly with results higher than what we expected. everything throughout the property was clean, the rooms were spacious and modern.

They have beach cruisers free of charge to use on the Greenbelt. Just a few blocks from great food choices. Would definitely stay there again!

Thia hotel was beautiful and had the best staff. Had amazing hotel perks luke free drinks and snacks. The rooms we clean and look just like the pictures. The amazing staff is why I would stay here anytime I am in Boise.

Easy access to downtown in the airport. Excellent facility and staff with a fine dining restaurant. The valet parking attendance provided fabulous service.

Great room! Very spacious and so was the bathroom. Loved the room service butler. Also took their airport shuttle. Very convenient and quick. Room Service from Richard's was delish! I would definitely stay again
