By far, our best stay in Montenegro! Loved this little boutique hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping, but in a quiet area. The staff was so kind and welcoming. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and later the beach area. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tivat.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, their website pictures and the reality are not the same. AND SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE - AVOID HOTEL A manager told me "things are better during the prime season (August)" clearly prioritising those guests instead of guests staying during the end of June. I think the owner spends the profits on their self instead of maintenance. Hotel is not worthy of its 5 stars. Firstly, the bathroom smells live sewage which is UNACCEPTABLE. Second, the rooftop area has aged/tired decking with some loose areas - a hazard. Thirdly, the rooftop bar is empty with a phone and instructions to call downstairs to deliver what you'd like - it's fast when they answer but you're lucky if they answer right away in 3/5 attempts. 4 - Untidy cable management for the TV. 5 - sun loungers feel cheap and do not feel luxurious. 6 - Room service is only available after 12pm 7 - No black tea in the room 8 - Roof top bar dipicted on their website shows a pergola, but in reality there isn't one and the bar is empty. 9 - choosing to have big plant pots over small chair on the balcony - preventing guests from sitting outside (you can't use the chairs inside because they're too big) 10 - Tired dressing gowns with loose stitching 11 - Poorly installed switches and controls on the wall. 12 - Back door is loose in hotel room(another hazard) 13 - WiFi is not strong in the bedroom (inconsistent, cuts in and out) 14 - the pool wasn't even clean

The hotel is near the sea and new. The staff in the morning is very friendly and very polite but the staff at night is not friendly. In the bedroom the tap were broken and until we get out from the hotel th y didn’t fix it. The staff that clean the room didn’t clean it The hotel like 3 stars.

With only nine bedrooms there was a peaceful and relaxing vibe, especially on the rooftop pool terrace. We often had it to ourselves - more loungers would be a good idea for busier times. Breakfast served by the sea was of a high quality and we also had dinner there one evening which we enjoyed. The receptionist was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings as well as helping us book a taxi to Dubrovnik. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.

A gem of a boutique hotel. Real luxury but classy. Big beautifully decorated rooms. Attentive service. Close enough to PortoMontenegro but in a more peaceful area. State of the art room controls.

Lovely boutique hotel! Take a room with a sea view. The look is amazing! The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was one of the best we had and we highly recommend the dinner as well. The service was exceptional - at the reception, in the rooms and in the restaurant. We had several spa treatments and highly recommend them! The therapist was professional, kind and we left feeling wonderfully relaxed. The pool is also nice and it was a pleasure to sit next to it and watch the bay. We would love to come back!

One of the best hotel experiences ever! Great situation just by the bay. Restaurant that surprised you whether having breakfast, lunch or dinner. All service as it should be in five-star hotel. Free car parking just few meters from entrance of the hotel. Fine spa. Only negative thing was that pool and beach bar were closed - maybe because of early spring in the beginning of April.

Great concept and excellent staff, especially Ms Anıta and Jovana and restaurant workers. Very good and friendly people. We recommend it to everyone. We will come again with my wife.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel La Roche in Tivat! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Our room had a beautiful view and was very spacious. The service was excellent, from the front desk to the restaurant, it was perfect! We had breakfast outside in the morning and they also had sunbeds for us to enjoy, as well as recommendations for activities in the area. Would recommend 100%!

The Hotel is perfectly situated. The receptionists are very helpful and the rooms were 5 star clean. The breakfast server seemed over worked and stressed and we had to wait a fairly long time for any services. Hard to tell if overworked or just personality - I tip well so not sure what the issue was with him

Wonderful hotel and great location. Nice spacious room, sea view is outstanding, and just amazing views overall, both from pool area and the private part of the beach access area. The service was really friendly and attentive, we enjoyed both breakfast and lunch in the hotel restaurant on multiple occasions, food was great! Thanks LaRoche team for taking care of us!

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff!

The room had a sewer gas smell and was unliveable!! We had to switch hotels. Front desk woman was very confrontational and finally after arguing with us and pushing for a new room or hptel. We moved to La Fleur Hotel in the area. We did not have a seaside room at new hotel but the room was much better. Same price. Not a good recommendation from Expedia! We wasted 1/2 a day changing hotels and had a very late dinner. Cost was not appropriate.

This hotel is lovely and unique. The people go above and beyond for you. The decor is lovely and perfect. It is perfectly located in Tivat to everything. The views from the hotel are spectacular. The food is incredible. We can not wait to return.

Fantastic experience from the moment we arrived until we left! Awesome service, great location!

Wonderful stay! The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we slept really well. The hotel is lovely and only has a few rooms, so it never feels crowded. We had the pool all to ourselves with the most fantastic view. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive and the decor is wonderful, both in the rooms and the restaurant. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets at the bar right next to the shore, with really good live music. Breakfast was really good and the fresh squeezed juice was a treat. Location was perfect, only a 5 min walk from Porto Montenegro and steps away from a variety of restaurants, though also far enough to be away from the bustle and noise. We stayed in room 101, right above the restaurant, and we could hear music and voices coming up from the restaurant and bar until around 11:30 pm, particularly from the smaller of the two rooms in our suite, but there was absolute silence for the rest of the night, and we had a spectacular view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience.

Fantastic Hotel in a beautiful location and settings. The room was stunning with every window ocean facing, nothing was too much for the excellent staff and the facilties was really good. Enjoyed the week stay and the staff dis everything to make us comfortable and welcome. Would certainly be back

We got the corner suite on 1st floor above the restaurant which is quiet loud. Staff is very supportive and friendly. Only the taxi's are a rip off - even if booked through the hotel. The pool on the roof is nice although it was too cold to go there.

Really stunning hotel - our bedroom was absolutely beautful with an amazing view. Our weather was mostly awful but everything was magical when the sun finally came out and we were able to have breakfast sitting by the glittering lake. The hotel is also very near all the other lovely shops and restaurants which is very handy. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the food and drinks were all delicious. We hope to return.

Everyone from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent property at the waterfront of Tivat Bay. Lovely room with beautiful view of bay and surrounding mountains. Ate at the restaurant, which was also excellent. Parking was convenient at the hotel.

The location is amazing. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The spa was relaxing. The best part was the staff. Every person I interacted with was friendly (restaurant, front desk, cleaning, spa) helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay easy, comfortable and special. Thank you!

The room was very nice, we hd a 2 bedroom suite. Hotel is well manitaide and we enjoyed the roof pool wich most of the time fetl private as there was no one else there. Day we arrived the pool bar waiters were terribly rude and discourteous. They brought the wrong order and insisted we needed to pay for the wrong order and the new corrcted one. We talked to hotel manager and after that the rest of the staff was very nice. They need “polishing” but they want to help, so it makes up to the lack of experience. We never returned to the pool bar though. And the hotel manager or person in front desk is amazing!
