The property is near a few good beach locations, near the tram station, great view of the marina and good value for money.
However the standard room was below standard for any hotel, l could see it had some updating but still way below standard for any hotel, for example patio door didnt lock, curtains hanging off, and just very depressing..
The premium rooms a little nicer decor but still below standards, quality, fittings etc..
I wouldn't stay again unfortunately but once updated this could be a great hotel in great location.

Clean, spacious accommodation near the beaches and not far from the center of Athens. The equipment of the apartment is not the latest, but it is completely sufficient. The noise from the street was acceptable, as there are special glasses in the bedrooms. We liked it, thank you to the nice staff.

It was 11 out of 10. Excellent service, the staff was kind and courteous, went out of their way to provide information and help to make our stay in Greece memorable. Would recommend without hesitation.

The road is extremely noisy and that affected our stay. Even with closed windows we couldn’t keep the noise out.
The apartment was clean and nice. And the location was good with the tram to Athens nearby. And there was a large balcony with both sun and shade, but the noise was too intense to enjoy the great view out there.

This was 1 of few hotels with 4 twin beds in 2 bedrooms. Great for 4 friends travelling together. The front desk was so nice and helpful. Restaurant next door was delicious, cute, and friendly. Little groceryvstore across street. Prices at hotel were great. Nice balconies.

The front desk was so helpful. One of our family ended up in hospital with surgery. They got involved and helped us.
Apartment was great with 2 bedrooms and 4 twin beds. Hard to find place for 4 that isnt a pull out couch.

The property was as pictured, very nice! And the road traffic really couldn’t be heard from the bedroom. Black out shades were a bonus.

Close to trams to go into Athens down to Glyfatha.
Beach was 10 minutes away walking distance or you could drive there or take the tram.
Bed mattresses need to be replaced, could feel springs. Decor is dated, otherwise it was very suitable for our needs.

Super nice apartment and huge balcony that gave a nice little view of the Marina and a glorious sunset. The tram on the other side of the road gets you directly to Syntagma Square. Taverna Vasillis up the block was great and there's a beat snack bar around the corner for all your corner and quick bite needs. Nisi a quick walk away was also great eating. I'd stay again

Really loud noisy room. Earplugs are required (you can find them near the bed). Room is clean, but you’ll need to cook your breakfast or go somewhere to have it. Showers are ok, toilet could flush better. No complimentary water. Fridge is medium size, but that’s more than enough. Staff is really great here. I’m not sure I would stay here again because of all the noise and bad pillows

Good low budget stay. Hard mattress, no hair dryer, very noisy. Good security, very big room, interesting kitchen with a fridge, some old furniture, good views, balcony.

Hotel apartment was adequate for our stay for 3 days but felt the road noise was extremely loud during the day and nigh so we're not able to get enough sleep. Bring ear plugs to lessen the noise. Beds felt uncomfortable to get a good night's sleep but we managed. Facilities are good with a cooker, kettle and nice decorative pieces in the apartment. Bus and trams service on the door step which was handy.

Very loud street noise with little sound proofing. No A/C, even though it was listed as a feature. We were staying during a heat wave. However, when requesting the A/C be turned on, the staff said that the system was automatically controlled and the set point temperature had not been reached. They recommended we open a window at night to let in “cool” air. Unacceptable!
If you want a to sleep at night at a reasonable ambient temperature, then avoid this property at all cost.

The picture showing the view is factually correct, but no mention is made of the high pitch traffic just below the window and between the seashore. High volume noise making the opening of any windows impossible which makes the apartment uncomfortable due to the high heat as a result of air conditioning becoming operational only as of 6:00 pm. Insufficient.
All in all barely acceptable comfort. Front desk and room cleaning very good.

Very clean but outdated furniture. Very helpful staff and spacious apt. Lower levels less noice from close by high-way. Tram line no 5 to city centre and no 3 to Pireus next to hotel, tickets in hotel reception. Beach bunks at Tavern for €5/day 600m away where they also serve lunch.
