The room was very dusty, there was toothpaste on the fault. The mirror was dirty! Needs better housekeeping!!!

Stayed last minute due to arriving early to town. Room was dirty, carpet was dirty, bathroom was dirty. Wouldn't recommend

Clean and a good location. The family that runs it is super friendly. Breakfast was coffee, a sweet muffin, toast and low-fat yogurt. Just enough to get the day started. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

This place is a total nightmare. It's a rundown, dirty, unsanitary roach infested motel with filthy stinky carpets and an extremely rude unprofessional front desk woman (Jaime) who has zero people skills and shouldn't be in any kind of c/s let alone hospitality. She was very rude, unhelpful and argumentative. I arrived @ 7 pm - no one was at the front desk, i had to wait for her to finally show up and it took forever to get checked in. I went into the room to wash hands. The room reeks when you enter and there was a half empty tube of shampoo on the counter used by the previous guest. I went into town right after and returned @ 10 pm only to discover roaches crawling on my white shirt that i sleep in, on the bed, on the counter and the floor. The front desk woman acted as if roaches were a normal part of the stay. No apology, no nothing. She became very argumentative when i asked to be resettled and even tried to shift blame (that roaches got into the room when i opened the door, which is obviously not true). She refused to call her manager and had a nasty attitude throughout, I should have left right then but i was very tired after a long trip and concerned i won't find anything so late @ night. I called expedia, reported the situation and the c/s found a nice place w/ late check in for only $10 more. It was lucky, i took their last avail room. By 11:30 pm i was out of this dump and settled in a great clean hotel. Just terrified now that I will bring roaches into my home.

It was a nice property just outdated. Bed was comfortable and shower was clean. Good for a nights rest.

Mold. Visible and smells. Peeling paint, and holes in popcorn ceiling. Basically uninhabitable. And no help from hotels. Com Visible standing mold

Room was clean , bed was perfectly comfortable and clean , staff at front desk is very friendly, I’ll definitely stay here again . Close to everything, we love the place .

If you want a nice quiet no frills hotel, this is a great place to stay. I just wanted a place to sleep and didnt need a lot of frills. I expected a dump but i eas amazed. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Stayed 2 nights. It is located within ealking distance of activities and im 63 years old. Ill gladly return

this place never disappoints the owner/staff are always polite and welcoming the place is dated as far as toilets sinks and shower's go however i've never seen roaches and bed bugs and that's my biggest criteria

did not like that nobody was available when arriving late at night , had to stand outside and read a phone number on the door in the dark ( area not well lite) and call for assistance to check in. Left one day early d/t noise at night , Cannot find phone number to contact expedia for possible reimbursement

We have stayed at this property for several years. We come because of the girl at the front desk. She is so sweet and tries so hard to please. It is a clean little place, nothing fancy but very comfortable and friendly. We love it!

Hotel has been updated. I could use a little more updating. Comfortable beds with Continental breakfast.

Great location for a cheap price

Our second year staying for a weeks vacation in this hotel. We love it. Friendly staff and room is clean cozy and a great price. Close to downtown shoppes. Will be back again.

The lady at check in was nice. This property is very worn, years of fingerprints on the doors, carpet is stained and worn, this property needs a lot of attention and i dont thin it will get that.

This hotel is great. It’s one of our favorites to stay at for the budget. Staff is very friendly. Easy to get into the strip of gatlinburg. Only thing is where the pool was is getting dangerous. Over grown, the fence is rusty and falling apart. Other then that hotel is great.

Good and clean overall

Front desk young lady was friendly but for the room was nothing nice. Shower would not drain and spoke to two different people and nothing was done, toilet ran non stop due to a bad $15 fill valve that if you look back 2 weeks ago someone else has pics of the same issue and something about the room felt wet like if you had a humidifier going at all times to where the bedding felt wet all the time and even our clean clothes felt like that the next day. Do not believe the photos online and they show a pool but its filled in with dirt. Room 120

The workers were great. The building is dirty and in shambles needs painted the carpets was old and dirty and it smells musty the beds felt damp all the time

Room was clean, staff nice and professional. No pool, breakfast was a muffin and coffee. Chairs or benches near rooms would be nice.

Affordable and staff was great. The floor/carpet was wet and musky. The air conditioner was loud.
