Bathtub was damaged and not safe for a child. Kitchen skylight was severely spidered with large cracks from an impact. 'Courtyard' slab is just a breezeway with a dusty view of others' construction projects. Stairs and flooring were amazingly creaky, so don't expect any children/people to sleep while others are awake. The space was generally sparse, lacking any thoughtful decoration, and like a shared dorm that nobody has bothered to take care of. A/C vents were loading the dust and fluff. One completely rusted pole to hold toilet paper stood inconceivably in the bathroom to taunt us. We had to leave after one night because of the sad condition (wish I was allowed to post photos), and managers refused any sort of refund for the misrepresented property. I will not be using VRBO again, as they also take no responsibility for listings and leave you to work it out with the (unhelpful) third party. 2/10 - One point awarded for location; otherwise, it was a great regret to book this property and have to spend 3 of the 4 nights in other accomodations.

Property was very central to everything. Cosy but not the cleanest. Checkin details were supplied late and difficult to access due to broken link supplied. No bbq as advertised and outdoor area very dirty. Heavy construction work next door 7days a week not mentioned in add. Otherwise great location and lots to do.

Had a issue with no power at our booking but they were easy to communicate with and got us another accommodation quickly

The property is exactly as listed and perfect for a girls' weekend. Very spacious, nice bathrooms, great location and comfortable beds. Communication was excellent. Free parking was a real bonus

Good location to cbd. Bedroom size and bedding was good. House was tidy but main dining area wasnt the cleanest (glass on the floor, rubbish left under the couch).

This property is located at very convenient location. Restaurants, downtown, shopping Were very close at waking distance. Staff are very helpful and very responsive when needed. Cleanliness wise, outside patio was not clean and worker made so much dust in the home. Otherwise we didn’t have any problem

Excellent location for an Auckland experience. Within walking distance of shops, SkyCity, the Auckland Museum. Could use some paint but otherwise clean and comfortable.
