From the moment Derek greeted us for check in, to the staff at the restaurant/bar, to check out we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! Convenient to the Biltmore Estate.

The staff were all extremely friendly and efficient. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The room was spacious but I was disappointed that the walls were not actually exposed brick, but wallpaper. I would definitely stay here again

Cambria is usually very high end in my book. We were given a Handicap assist room but was not given notice that it was the only room available. The shower water pressure was very weak. The floor of the shower spilled water onto the bathroom floor due to the floor conditions (unlevel). The water on the floor caused issues with access to the toilet without getting your feet wet.
The cuban restaurant and bar closed too early on a Saturday night. 10 PM is too early for such a great Restaurant / Bar Venue. The patio was a delight and very relaxing. Problem is that if you arrive at 9 PM you can not enjoy the amenity.

Check in was easy and the front desk were super friendly and gave great recommendations for restaurants in the hotel as well as around the hotel. The food in the restaurant was good. The room was nice and huge so huge your voice echoed. Loved the shades just push a button to open or close. The bathroom was nice but a walk in shower would have been excellent. The guys in valet were prompt and super friendly. From check in to check out everyone as so nice and didn’t seem bothered when asked questions. I think it was neat how you have to use your key on the elevator to go to your floor. Thanks for a great stay we enjoyed our anniversary weekend. ♥️

The Cambria was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and our room was really clean! The only problem for us is that our stay was too short. We will plan to stay a little longer on our next visit.

Excellent valet and check in experience in a great town. Great hospitality as an out of towner and the front desk was exceptional. Would not expect it always but I did get a tiny jar of local honey upon arrival, special touch that made it memorable. Room was great especially for the price.

Mold growing on outdoor couches in suite room balcony and fiancé cut her feet on glass shards on the floor that were never cleaned up. Neighbors beside us were pumping music till 5am in the morning and no one would do anything about it. Housekeeping just swiped card and came right in without knocking. Luckily we were clothed. Ridiculous and will never go back.
