I loved it! It was probably one of the nicest places I stayed at yet. I would recommend it to anyone. Just wish I could stay there longer.

Well equipped, comfortable rooms with full kitchen, full baths, full size washer/dryer, etc…great for both short and long stays. Lots of storage and good selection of kitchen utensils and supplies. Excellent location near many restaurants, stores, sport facilities, etc. Great coffee machine in lobby. Housekeeping is only weekly, but staff is responsive and helpful. Very reasonable rates. Pet friendly.

We enjoyed the 8 nights that we stayed. The little apartment type room was comfortable. It was nice being able to do laundry with the laundry detergent being provided as well. The kitchen was nice to prepare meals. The only thing that was not that great was the small bed and it made noise everytime you rolled over in it during the night. The bar soap had no scent and dried our skin out, but no biggie we just went and bought some shower gel. Thank you for a great vacation and if we are ever back in the Denver area we would definitely stay again!

They could charge twice as much and easily stay in business everything was perfect I just had moved to Colorado and my place wasn’t ready yet when I tell you I felt at home I really mean that it’s a clear 10/10 for me

Very overrated, over priced. Paper thin walls made for frustrating down time. Clean? Sure, yes very clean. Clean front door that had big gaps showing the hallways from inside the room. Very strange lobby and reception. There was an office desk with a receptionist who didn’t know how many floors the place had. She was very nice, once she took out her earbuds to finally hear me. Nice patio area between buildings, but that’s it. Paid way too much for the hotel, even considering the very nice staff.

We chose this place to stay because the convenience of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer and kitchen. The location is surrounded by lots of food options, stores and right off freeway. We were hoping this would be our place to stay as we come to Denver often but unfortunately the beds were SO hard and uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was not great and the building itself is kind of loud with some type of humming noise. We wanted to love it but we won’t be back because of the beds!

Staff was respectful and check in was easy. Our first room was clean but had a terrible odor so they moved us without issues to a new room. The new room was clean and smelled great! Everything we needed and a great price point.

Great location, very nice room.
Main door was unlocked about half of the time due to mechanical problems, trash/food waste near the outer doorway area. Prior occupants' drug paraphernalia in my room. Overall not terrible, but there was a definite falling short of attention to important detail.

The staff was fantastic and responsive! I always felt safe, even when taking my dog out late at night. I will regularly stay here when I am back

The two room suite was perfect. There were only two on the trip and it was very nice to have all the room and each of us had our own area to sleep and get ready with two full baths. The other plus was a full refrigerator and all cooking utensils to prepare any meal.

It was on our route and late so we needed a place to stop but no pool, no hot tub, no breakfast, worn appearance, sparse, and overall lacking in things I expect from a 4-5 star stay.

Great place to stay if you need amenities like full kitchen and dining area. The beds could be a little sturdier. Otherwise, great place!

This is amazing if you want a quiet place. Not being a traditional hotel and more apartment style is fabulous!!! No lobby traffic. Close to shopping, so many good options, easy to get to from I25. Will stay again. You can do your laundry!!!! And cook your own food. They provide everything a hotel does, including cookware, dish soap, laundry detergent and softener.

The location on the South Side of Denver was great for our purposes seeing sights & friends in Castle Rock & Manitou Springs
The coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby was a really nice bonus!

Loved the thought of having a kitchen. Nice little setup. General manager charged us for our room and then said Im not sure the room is clean. Just let us know if it is or not. Room was dirty. Dishes in sink. Trash on cabinets. General manager no where around. Told the maintenance worker who was nice enough to say sorry and he will let someone know. We then left for dinner and when we came back we notice the room was picked up some. Towels had hair in them. Could see glass stains on the entertainment center.
We left the AC on so we could come back to a cool room. AC didnt work. 10pm and it was still 85 degrees in the room. Girlfriend went down to speak with front desk. They said sorry nothing we can do. I went down moments later and we were put in another room after waiting for 15 mins.

The room was comfortable and clean. Check in was weird. This seems to be an apartment building with a few hotel rooms? We waited several minutes in the lobby. There was a sign that said they'd be back. After ten minutes we called. Once we were checked in everything was fine.

Room served its purpose. It was clean. Water pressure sucked. Walls and ceilings were paper thin. You could hear every step your neighbor above you took and televisions of your neighbors beside you. The pillows were not the best but the bed was not that bad. The couch in the living room was hard as a rock.

I had to be in Denver for 10 days to help take care of a sick relative, having a little apartment to go back to was perfect. It's about 10 minutes from DTC. There are lots of restaurants and a Walmart nearby. It was comfortable not, parking was free, and overall it was a fine stay. My unit had a kitchen, washer, dryer, and living room and bedroom in addition to the bathroom. Unless I wanted to stay somewhere fancy, I would stay here again. There were lots of people with dogs, and those dogs barked at night. That was my biggest complaint.
