We had a great stay at this home. The place was very clean and had a ton of amenities available for personal use. There were spices, condiments, shampoo, conditioner all for you to use. We even rented a pontoon boat on the lake for the trip. Important to know that the closest gas station (and only one) is very far from this location. We would come back and stay here for sure. Thank you for having us.

This property is everything you want for a lakefront retreat. From the stunning property itself and the attention to detail that contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable stay, this property does not disappoint! …and while the pictures online are excellent, the property is even better in person if you can imagine that! If you’re looking for a quick lakefront getaway to rewind or a memorable family retreat like I did- you will have a fabulous experience!

Fantastic property with great dock and views.

Spent a week-end on Lake Austin with my husband and teenage daughter to visit our two college kids who attend UT. The home is just as beautiful as in the pictures! It is quite large and could have accommodated many more! It was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It really had everything we needed. Communication with management was very easy. It is located in a quiet part of the lake, in a safe neighborhood and it made for a very relaxing weekend getaway! The yard and home are well maintained. We brought our boat and were able to use the dock without any problem. We loved the home and will come back!

Stayed here with a group of friends and the dock on the water is incredible. The water was clean, cold, and refreshing. It’s definitely a bit of a drive to town, but if you’re there for the dock/water, it’s well worth it.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is in a beautiful location and very peaceful. It has everything you might need for a summer retreat. Definitely would stay again.

This house is perfect for families or multiple couples. Upstairs more quiet, downstairs more game room and bunks. Plenty of sleeping space patio space and add on the boat house, the young ones all had room to hang out, spread out and chill out. The water is beautiful and the views fantastic. Kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of room for your own groceries with an extra fridge in the laundry. We stayed with 6 adults, parents and 4 22+ men. Never felt crowded. Even had a rental boat pick us up right at the boat house. What a great week!!!

We had a mix of kids of different ages and two moms and this was a great space for everyone. Morning paddle boarding and fishing made everyone happy, close enough to Austin for little adventures. It was peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed.

Loved the house, the location and amenities. There's a little beach area where the house meets the lake. The kids (8, 10, 11) loved playing there even though the water was freezing. Well-kept house. I would advice guests to bring their own tupperware and condiments as there weren't any provided.

This was the perfect holiday house for our family of nine. The open layout of the main floor was good for visiting, cooking, playing games and opening gifts together. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed, beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have four bathrooms. The waterfront views were nice and made for a very relaxing weekend. We would love to return to enjoy the beautiful outside patios and dock in the sun. The freeze kept us inside for most of the weekend, but that was just fine in this nice home.

The place was very secure, well stocked and very clean. Nice to wake up near the quiet water and watch some water skiers zip by at a distance. While the property is located about 30 minutes west of Austin, it seemed like a short drive and we were able to enjoy Austin and attend the Austin Grand Prix F1 race, Probably would be really nice to come here in the summer and enjoy the water more.

Our family from 4 different states came together to celebrate traditions, fellowship, family games, and holiday shenanigans. This home had it all and plenty of space for all of us! The kitchen superbly furnished our needs for our Thanksgiving feast, comfy bedrooms, and space for all. So many compliments from our family about this special place.

The property blew our expectations out of the water! It was a dream vacation. This had to be one of the nicest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in.

The property itself was amazing! The rate and fees for Turnkey were higher than estimated on the VRBO site. When I inquired with Turnkey I was told that it is higher because it is a high season. I question that as it is a lake house and weather is cool here and holidays three weeks away. Best aspect of this property is four bdrms and 4 baths. Very hard to find. We would utilize this property again but will confirm total price prior to booking.

3 couples stayed for a long weekend and the house and boathouse were perfect. The balconies all have great views and we were even visited by a fox one morning.

This house is beautiful. Everything we needed and wanted was here. It was the best location and had all the amenities. Definitely coming back next year!

We had a fabulous time. The view off the back of the house is so fabulous! This house is big enough for a large family without feeling cramped. Fit our family perfect! We brought our boat and jet skis, everything worked perfectly. The water was so still and calm, it was perfect….We will definitely be returning to this home… only complaint, all three trash cans beside the house were completely stuffed full when we arrived, there were even bags of trash that wouldn’t fit that were left around the cans. Every time we walked outside to get in our cars the smell was overwhelming! I sent three text about the trash. It seemed like the responding text were automated, no one ever came to empty the trash. They even sent us a message to drag all three trash cans to the curb the night before trash day. I kindly declined.. Thankfully, that was not a huge issue and we will definitely be back soon!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. This home is CLEAN and well appointed with everything you could need. The beds seem to be more double size than queen and are both a little dated and not the most comfortable. We figured if that’s all we could complain about we were in great hands. The Colorado River view is STUNNING. Beautiful home too to bottom.
