This was a little gem in the rocks! This will definitely be on top of our list for places to stay next time we’re in town.

The spot was exactly as advertised. It was nestled into the side of a hill, but was still easily accessible and easy to find. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler who wants to be a short drive from town, but have the feeling of being one with nature. It had everything we needed and the neighborhood was really quiet, which made it easy to relax and charge our batteries. Would recommend!

The property was super cute- well furnished and had nice amenities! We needed a place for a dog and it had a nice walking space for him.

Lovely little studio with all of the necessary amenities. Clean & very cozy. Perfect for my escape from life weekend! I would caution, this is actually under the main house, so there is a bit of "apartment" noise from above. Not a big deal for me, but worth noting.

My sweetie and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The location is quiet yet close to town, and the view is impressive. We spent time outside on a small patio in the mornings, watching the sun rise and feeling it wash across our faces with brightness and warmth. The living space is small, but our hosts did a good job with the layout design. The queen bed was lush and comfortable, but there isn't room for a nightstand on both sides. The bathroom sink is the only source of water for coffee and rinsing used glasses. But we quickly fell into a comfortable pattern, and the quiet, expansive view more than made up for any minor inconvenience. We loved our visit. To our hosts, thanks very much for your hospitality!

This place was definitely a gem to find.

This quaint studio is tucked up on a hill built into the rocks. I was greeted by one of the host Kelly who helped me settle in and made sure I had what I needed. This trip turned into an unique experience because the prediction of snow was supposed to have been 1"-2", yet 12" later the deep piles created a beautiful landscape around the property. The cozy fireplace made for a comfortable stay and the even cozier bed, kept me warm and toasty at night. The bathroom is one of the big highlights of this studio. The rock facings coming from the walls gives it a cool rustic look. Kelly and Gillian did not hold back on comforts. There are usb ports to charge electronics, a fun Bluetooth speaker light if you want to have a dance party in the shower and comfortable furnishings. I highly recommend getting up for the sun rise, the view from the back window is breath taking. I would go back and stay at this or one of their other properties. It is close to all the conveniences but with the mountain top feel.

We wanted something other than a hotel room to tour Prescott for the day. This was a sweet central little nook. My favorite was the Bluetooth shower exhaust. I’m gonna have to get one! ;)

The studio was very comfortable, well decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfy too. Would definitely return!

This place is such a gem. My sister and I enjoyed a quiet night away from our husbands and kids, and slept great in the bed. The bathroom is something that must be experienced- it's magical. While we were out back, we were visited by a very friendly skunk, and bats were flying around in the porch light. We felt like Disney princesses!

Love on the rocks was a great place for my husband and I while spending the weekend in Prescott. It was the perfect location for places we wanted to go to. The room was clean, cozy, and had nice amenities. The outdoor space was fantastic for morning coffee or evening beverages. We look forward to staying here again when returning to Prescott

The property was more than we anticipated. The outdoor seating lended itself to the beautiful views of the valley and the mountains - sunrise to sunset. The fire pit area was especially enjoyable at night. The inside was cozy and had ample space. The bathroom built in the rocks was quite a unique feature. Gillian and Kelley were great hosts and were very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Overall very clean very cute. The only complaint was that the Netflix wasn’t working could’ve been the Internet not sure very nice stay

This was an amazing set up for a quiet retreat perfectly situated in a beautiful neighborhood nestled in the hills. Yoga on the front patio, meditation near the water feature at sunset and a close drive to area hiking. It’s all available while staying in a beautiful house with all the amenities. Excellent hosts!

Very clean place and easy to all the things we wanted to do over the weekend. The A/C unit is a little loud but did the job. Was nice to sit outside with our coffee in the mornings?

The space was clean and cute. Coffee bar was great. Amenities were great too (fireplace and sofa). A little apprehensive about opening the curtains of the Arcadia door with the second rental suite being so close and in use. The suite itself is great,but the bed itself was a lot smaller then expected (definitely not a king as listed) Location was easy to find and convenient. Overall, a very nice suite but our preferences are just to have a little more privacy with surrounding spaces.

Nice quiet experience in Prescott. If you're looking for a cozy place to stay in you're in luck. It's not too far from the square, and also not too far from the lakes.

Our mother is at Alta Vista senior living. My husband and I flew in to spend time with her. This was only a few miles away. The place is cute, clean and comfortable. We didn't need a kitchen but we had an area to have coffee or tea in the morning. There is a small kitchenette if you want to warm something up or keep it chilled. The host also have a 2nd place onsite that has a kitchen if needed. Mom wanted to go out for meals since she is a shut-in, so that's what we did. The host were always quick to answer any questions we had, the place is located in a nice quiet area. You can go outside and enjoy the view from a couple different sitting areas.

I would stay here every weekend while traveling for work if it was available. So relaxing, a true getaway
