room was cold, only 1 of the baseboard heaters worked,gap around front door let air in, no paper towels, or kleenex,furnature was for short people, sat on chair and butt lower than knees, same on couch and banged head every time i sat, no blankets for bed, parking was horrible someone scratched side of truck that gonna cost me a few grand, thanks motel 6 would have been better

Absolutely loved Cabin #9 and the property. Beautiful view, great porch looking over the lake. We had beautiful weather majority of our stay so we enjoyed the view. The cabin is clean and peaceful and had everything we need to cook with and stay for a while. Property owner is really nice and accommodating. It was a blessing and we will be back.

Quiet and calm, very pretty area. The condo was simple and clean but (and I'm nit-picking here) they wanted you to wash and dry you dishes, take out your trash and lay out your towels before leaving. I felt like the place had to be just as clean as it was when we got there. It was kind of a bummer at the very end of the stay, rushing to get everything cleaned before we checked out.

It’s obvious that the owners take pride in their business and the comfort of the people that stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, it’s great to find a well maintained property that welcomes our sweet puppy. We go no where without him. We will definitely return.

This was for my birthday weekend. I love the lake life but also needed to work remotely. Soooo, i combined all of the above with our stay at Calm Waters. Hands down one of my best birthdays ever. Close to silver dollar city and branson attractions, yet plenty to do at the cabin as well! My husband and i enjoyed the canoe and the serenity Calm Waters resort brought to us. We just had the best time! And the wifi worked from the dock so i was able to enjoy the lake even while working!! This is a gem of a place!

We had a lovely stay at Calm Waters. Our cabin was perfect size for the 4 of us plus dog. We stayed in Cabin 16. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being so close to the water. The deck included a safety gate so we felt comfortable having our dog out on the deck with us. Management was very quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.

Overall, this resort is really cute - right on Table Rock Lake and at Indian Point, which is a great part of the lake. Our cabin was very clean and well stocked, and the communication with Belinda was exceptional. She was always very quick to reply to an email and she had a very cheery disposition. The rain put a damper on our trip (at no fault to theirs!) so we weren't able to use the lake amenities. The only downfall was that the beds and pillows were absolutely awful - which is such a shame because that would deter us from staying there again. The cabin was lacking a few items as well such as a blowdryer, iron and ironing board. If you don't care about the bed situation (and/or if you bring your own pillows), then I would still highly recommend it!

We had a relaxing stay. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy. We enjoyed being able to sit on the deck. If the weather were nicer, we would have loved to use the canoe or kayaks.

Such a sweet place to stay with an even sweeter owner who will go out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and having your needs met. We loved that it was 4 minutes from Silver Dollar City too! Belinda communicated with me from the time I made the reservation in April 2022 until we arrived October 6, 2022 and answered every question I thought of as the time went by. We are going back next year

People were friendly, place was clean and very short distance to Silver Dollar City. A quiet dock that is right on the property. Just didn't have a oven, but had everything else you could ever need in the kitchen. Shower was hot and the pressure was great. Bed was comfortable. Would stay there again.

The cabin was super cute and clean and well-appointed for any needs. We loved the covered deck area with a table and chairs and the loft area was super cute although we didn't use it. The overhead fans were great.

This was my third time staying at Calm Waters Resort. Been in 3 different cabins and all have been very comfortable along with having good views of the lake and the area is pretty quiet. They've made some renovations and they look great. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place and can't wait to come back.

Quiet and comfortable. Right down the road from Silver Dollar City. It was a welcome reprieve arriving back at the cabin after fighting the crowds and long lines. Owners called prior to visit to give directions and see if we had questions.

Very friendly owners. Cabin was on the water. Nice fenced deck to keep our lil dog contained on porch with us. Fair pet fee. Cabin was well equipped for essential cooking. Comfortable pillows and mattress. Quiet, calm relaxing place to stay. Close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

We had a great weekend! As another review stated "It is a hidden gem!" We would definitely stay here again! The cottage was very clean! It is a very quiet, quaint, little cottage with an excellent view of the lake. It was a bonus that we could take our dogs. One review suggested taking shampoo, a hair dryer, and coffee which was helpful. I would also had a roll of paper towels to your list. Very close to Silver Dollar City and not very far from other popular stops in Branson.

It was a beautiful location and very convenient to Silver Dollar City. The staff we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The main complaint is the beds. They are very firm/hard. They were not comfortable at all. Maybe just some memory foam toppers would really help! Otherwise is was nice.

Check-in and check-out was easy. Condo was nice. View was beautiful. Area was quiet. Everything was very clean. Nice hot water with great water pressure. Bedrooms were a little warm because the window units were located in the living/dining areas. One sliding door from the room to the balcony was very hard to open and close so we didn’t use that one. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay! Nestled in the woods at Indian Point, it’s quiet, peaceful, and a short 15-20 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of town. We absolutely enjoyed being able to rest in our Condo cabin after being around big groups of people all day. This place has everything you need from cooking/eating utensils, charcoal grills, free kayaks/canoe/row boat to use! Great for a morning cruise around the bay or a relaxing evening on the water. Check/ Check out is great! Your keys are placed in a lock box with a code they will email or text you with on the day of your arrival! It doesn’t get any easier than that! Recommend Calm Waters to anyone and everyone venturing to Branson!

Wonderfully relaxing stay! Such a great, quiet location in the trees. There were a couple of things that maybe need some repair, but not unexpected for an older property. A casserole dish and spatula would have been great for the kitchen. Overall we had a very lovely stay here, and will be back.

This was our 2nd time here and it was as clean and comfortable as our prior visit, the only thing was parking in front of the cabin, there is small area between cabins so for ours we had to be very careful because their road to the dock and a house was on one side and on the other was another cabin so very tight space but everything was great otherwise, we are planning another trip there down the road, very beautiful view of table rock lake.

My only complaint would be that the beds are a little hard and the place was a little out dated. I think they are working on updates though. Staff was amazing. Like, the best. It was just a fun place to stay right on the lake. My family had a great trip!
