We could walk off the porch and be in a lovely city recreation park. Or, we could walk to the river and fish! Our dog had a blast walking the park perimeter and making new canine friends. The house is large, quiet, and well-appointed. It was perfect for us grandparents, our daughter and her husband, and our 13-month old granddaughter. We thoroughly enjoyed and plan to come back!

From this place, there's a wonderful one mile river-side walk to the "downtown" touristy area of Pagosa Springs. Also, the patio opens right up to a large park with a soccer field, basketball goals, skate park, and river where you can fish, tube, kayak, etc. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion was provided. Also provided dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. Great WIFI. Use of garage was very handy when it snows so you don't have to scrape off the windshield in the morning. There were enough pots, pans, plates, cups, and stuff. The coffee maker and electric hot water pot was useful. Would gladly come back to this place.

The house is nice and in a good spot. The oven didn't work. The PM requires a download of their separate app, and is non-responsive. Booking the property was fine until I needed to upgrade, and the PM was determined to keep the money I deposited and then require addition payment. After doing this, the ONLY time I was contacted was to ensure that no one can visit the home and they would be watching. Vacasa pretty much manages all of the properties in the mountains surrounding, so they do not care to offer customer service.

The condo itself is well-appointed, thoughtfully designed and outfitted. The location was great for us -- it's important to note that it is RIGHT ON the soccer fields and RIGHT NEXT to the high school. This was great for us, but something to definitely be aware of. From this location, you have easy access to walking trails, the park, the river walk and all that Pagosa has to offer -- restaurants, coffee shops, hot springs. We were there to visit family, including the grandkids who are in middle school and high school, so this was a terrific location for us. We did not bring our dogs, but this condo is pet-friendly and it would be very easy to take your dogs out for a walk along the path at the park. Family and pet-friendly.

The property was clean and well equipped. The separation of the bedrooms is a nice feature. There were a couple of minor maintenance and repair items which needed attending, but did not detract from our stay. It's location adjacent to the park is great if you have kids (we didn't) and provided easy access to nice areas for walks along the river. Garage space is a plus.

We had an amazing time staying at “On the Park”!! The condo was perfect for our family and being right by the park and all the activities it offers was awesome, not to mention the proximity to the river, restaurants, springs, etc! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful property close to town! The kids loved the park and it was right next to the river! We will for sure be coming back!
