This was our final night in Joburg and it was the best night. We stayed in the Villa, which was gorgeous. The restaurant was also amazing. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely staff and a warm welcome with a great cocktail makes you want to come back.
Our bed was super comfortable and with a great view including a weaver bird tending to his nest. It's certainly a unique space to experience something authenticly and lesser known about the Joburg Northern suburbs.
It's unfortunate about the typical low water pressure and shower design, which is also way too small. It splashes all over the floor next to your only toilet. A geyser decided to trip just as we were ready to take a shower after a long tiring day and weren't in the mood to wait an hour for hot water. Inconveniently placed light switches, a crucial spotlight flickering and power sockets dating from 1940's without a place to sit down and blow your hair in front of a mirror may all be acceptable by South African standards, but to my Japanese partner unimaginable how that could pass.

We really hoped to get the opportunity to visit Pablo House because we heard a lot of great things about it. And when we finally arrived we were sooooo happy! There is not so much to say; Pablo House is THE PLACE to stay when visiting Johannesburg! Thank you guys!

The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming, beautifully designed with very stylish and chic surroundings. The views are wonderful, totally unexpected from a city hotel. It's quiet and safe. Explore the whole place, it's built on a hillside with a pool at the bottom and rooms on many levels. Comfy big beds, great art and the food is lovely too. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to be there when artworks from a local gallery were being displayed, great idea.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at Pablo House. We stayed in the villa, which was a very large fantastic space for our family of 5. The views are beautiful! We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Staff was wonderful.

Amazing stay. Friendly owner and staff and delicious food. The views are lovely. Especially loved the cosy fire and sun rooms as well as the love seat outside our room. Everything was stunning. Winter retreat. Will definitely recommend and will be returning.

Great stay at a boutique hotel for sure. Owners are thoughtful, attentive, and the VIEWS are amazing. Pablo House has a restaurant that serves a wide variety if delicious meals and tasty drinks. You can definitely tell how much care is here. Would stay again without hesitation.

It was definitely the coolest place we stayed in SA - such a nice relaxed feel to the place. And there were lots of nice extra touches like a coffee machine and Netflix available in your room. We didn’t use it as the views out of our room were spectacular!

The views on the property are amazing the hospitality is great. You can access Uber from hotel and is very cheap. We went to the city center a couple nights and lots of bars and restaurants. It’s not downtown Johannesburg but the location is close enough to Johannesburg. My one and only complaint was there was no AC in the room however if you ok with leaving the windows open at night the breeze is fine. Room was spacious and clean water bottles provided daily and he breakfast was perfect.

Amazing. The owners were lovely and very welcoming, we were offered free welcome drinks when we arrived. The views were incredible and the rooms were even better! They own a restaurant down the road that you catch a free tuk tuk to for your free breakfast. Easily the best hotel we have stayed in, would give 11/10 if it were possible

We booked this hotel as a one night stop to recoup before we travelled further up the country to our holiday destination, however we wished we had booked for longer. This hotel is beautiful, with a very friendly atmosphere, the rooms are well furnished and spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. The views are extensive and from what we could tell every room benefits from them.The restaurant was very nice. The food was outstanding we had a pizza cooked in a wood fired oven and fillet steak. Both were cooked beautifully. All in all a wonderful stay and we hope to visit again.

This guest house is one of my absolute favorites! It's very chic, clean and in a great neighborhood. Not only is there a great view, gorgeous rooms and delicious food, but the hosts are amazing!! They clearly put their hearts into Pablo House, and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and share insider tips on the city. I can't wait to come back here again soon!

Very clean room, Netflix on tv, spacious and clean bathroom, large bed, lovely views, nice food and drinks. Jamie (the manager?) was absolutely amazing. She was super helpful and all the staff were very friendly.

The property is beautifully appointed and the views are stunning. When we arrived, we were offered a complimentary glass of wine which was excellent. I also loved their sister restaraunt down the road ,that served a delicious breakfast. I only stayed one day, but i will come back for a longer stay.

This is one of the most amazing places I have experienced! The hotel is absolutely breathtaking! It sits on the hill and the view is amazing... The inside is cozy and just begs you to sit down and breathe! But most amazing part of Pablo House is its staff! Oh my gosh! Jammie and T took great care of me! They were patient and kind. And they made sure, even with my crazy schedule that I got to eat the amazing breakfast from Pablo restaurant. Not to mention, T made me an excellent gin, tonic, passion fruit, and lime! I hope I get to return to Pablo House in the future! But, if I don't I strongly recommend you stay there! P.S. their internet is GREAT! very high speed!

Gorgeous and funky guest-house in a great location with generous and lovely hosts!! The rooms are really fun, clean, comfortable, modern and have beautiful views. I got great suggestions from the host for things to do in Joburg and Cape Town (my next stop), and even joined them for a pop-up restaurant dinner. Especially since I am traveling on my own it was nice to make fast friends and feel welcome. Highly recommend!
