I hosted my big brother’s bachelor party in Denver and staying at this house was the cherry on top to the trip. Everyone enjoyed their stay and had a great time! Perfect house!

This place was great for our group! I would just recommend that since there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms that maybe you have a few stand alone fans available for the bedrooms. Then people wouldn’t have to crank the air up at night. Also loved the fruit trees but the plum trees are getting destroyed by Japanese beetles. Just an FYI!

This was the perfect home for our family gathering, to include the dog! We truly could not have asked for a better place both inside and out! A lovely home with great kitchen, comfortable beds, fun game room(the play kitchen was a big hit with our 4yo), awesome fenced backyard for our furry family member with plenty of seating for all, large table for outdoor dining and hot tub. And if that wasn’t enough the backyard gate opened directly into a beautiful park, also with something for everyone. We had a fun time playing pickleball, our 4yo loved the swings & toddler playground and our 14yo had fun shooting hoops and beating his uncle on the basketball court! The location was also great with easy access to many of the family friendly activities offered in the area. Some of our favorites included the Denver Zoo, Dinosaur Ridge for our 8yo dino expert and fishing in Idaho Springs where all the kids caught a fish. Wonderful family time, great memories!

Clean ans comfortable

Property was as listed. Bedrooms are good sized. Open layout to allow people to sit and converse throughout the main level. Great patio and outdoor entertainment space. Host was attentive, responsive and easy to work with. We had a great stay!

This place was roomy and well located. The basement game/play room was a fun addition, and the backyard had everything we wanted and more. Just be careful on the slippery wooden staircases!

The home was very clean and neat. We had alot of room for everyone. Also, the new hot tub was a major PLUS! We will definitely stay here again.

This house was adequate for our stay. We had 12 people and it was too small for a group that size. It felt much smaller than the pictures represented on VRBO. The house was average. It was clean. The smell of Febreze? was overwhelming upon our arrival and made the first night of sleep difficult. It went away after a day or two. Overall our experience here was fine. It seemed very expensive once all of the additional fees were factored in.
