The porches and pool area is awesome!

We absolutely love the home and would recommend this rental to anyone that is not disabled.

We have stayed at the property before and knew what to expect. There a lot of stairs but the payoff is a wonderful view off the back of the house. The multi story deck/porch is a plus for watching the water for long stretches at a time. They have screened in some of the porch as well, which made outdoor sitting pleasant. The house is appointed with bright and cheery beach decor. It’s not super fancy but very clean and well appointed. We had some issues with the toilets but Vacasa and island staff responded promptly even after hours and were very friendly as they worked to fix the problem. I was concerned at first that Vacasa was not local, but the rental experience was incredibly smooth and their responsiveness to our needs commendable.

First time visiting the area and the house was the perfect place to stay with great amenities and convenience.

This house was the perfect location for our annual siblings reunion. The view across the bay was amazing especially at sunset where we were treated to spectacular sunsets every day. The house was spacious in a surprisingly private area and suited our every need. We will definitely return to Footprints in the Sand.

The house was great! Very clean. Staying two weeks it would of been nice to have the pool cleaned in the middle. However I would happily stay there again This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
