My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the sand and the ocean. The home was VERY spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly and helpful, always accessible and responding immediately to our questions. We enjoyed relaxing walks at the beach and exploring the nearby attractions. This was one of the best vacations we ever had, and we can’t wait to come back again. The property is very well done and very inviting.

Property was great. Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness is outdoor cushions on everything seemed stained/dirty. But might not be able to help that if everything is left out all the time. Inside was really clean. Golf cart battery was an issue. We plugged it in everyday but some days it didn't seem to matter it wouldn't take charge. Definitely need a new battery. My husband had to push it 1 day to get us all the way back from beach. We would of loved to drive it around neighborhood but it barley made it to beach and back once a day. Would definitely go back again. Worked out great with our dog. Enclosed fenced area and pool area enclosed too.

Excellent location, well maintained with excellent amenities. Golf cart made the ride to the beach super simple and no stress. Would highly recommend staying here!

House was super clean, pictures did not do it justice. Wonderful location….quick golf cart or bike ride to beach (no traffic). Plenty of room and great layout!

We enjoyed the outdoor pool area immensely! It was quiet and very private, surrounded by lush vegetation.

Good location with plenty of room. Cleaning crew did a superb job prior to our arrival. Had a minor issue with golf cart tire. Notified property manager, Alina, she was going to have it replaced that day, but I told her it would probably last for our stay, which it did. Also,.we were emailed a few times during our stay checking to see if everything was okay. Definitely going to use them again

This property was perfect for our family summer beach trip. The rooms are all great sizes with lots of light. The decor was perfect. All of the beds were comfortable. The master bathroom was so luxurious with the tub and the lighting. I am fair skinned and get bitten by bugs and the covered pool area helped us enjoy every minute of the day as we could swim in the morning or evening and not get bit. The kitchen was well stocked. The house came with two bikes that my son and I enjoyed. We rode around the quiet neighborhood and over to Bings landing to watch the sunset. The beach was so easy to get to with the golf cart. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable week. I like this area because it is not super crowded or touristy and just feels like your own beach house for the week. I would definitely come back to this house and location every year!

The grounds were beautiful!! The screened in pool area was our favorite place all week!!! The house was clean, and we had plenty of cooking utensils, cookware, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas! The golf cart was super handy, because it is a little drive to the beach. There is also a fenced in area where dogs can play without the leash. The property is wonderful, but you should know that if your kids want to swim in the ocean, you will need to take them to daytona about 45 min down the road. The ocean here has giant rocks everywhere and the giant waves would knock you into the giant rocks!! None of that has anything to do with the property, but i wish we had known.

Lovely property, well equipped. Small pool, but we enjoyed it very much. Only had a few good weather days....luck of the draw. Lawn care could have done a better job clearing the weeds.

Spent our days fishing and evenings taking the golf cart around to catch sunsets, grilling outside and enjoying the splash pool! This home truly had everything we needed and it was so nice to bring our dog with us… the home offers a lot of privacy and huge lot with a “secret garden” feel. It was spacious, clean and truly made you feel like you were at home. We will definitely be back!

Overall this is a nice property that's very private and quiet, with quick access to the beach and good amenities. Quality-wise it's worthy of 5*s in my book. I gave it 4* on the accuracy of the listing because it was not disclosed that the "heated pool" (with a big fee attached) is NOT heated full-time. It's solar heated, so if the sun's out, the heater will add a little warmth. However, it only heats the pool from about 10am til 8 or 9pm. So it's not warm when you actually need the extra warmth. Otherwise, a nice place with responsive mgmt.

very private

This was such an awesome home for our family Christmas. There is lots of room both inside and out to spread out or come together and watch movies or play a game. The kitchen is beautiful and stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. The outdoor amenities exceeded our expectations. The golf cart, grill and fire pit were utilized multiple times. Had we not had a very cold blast of weather we would have been in the pool a lot. We are hoping to plan another family get together in the Spring or Summer. The location is perfect with the beach and also State Park and restaurants close by!
