Martin was an excellent host. Very easy and cheap Uber ride to the downtown area although there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. We had a great visit and plan to return and stay with Martin.

Cute property, well cared for. The staff is fantastic and did everything they could to make our stay great! Walk to the beach in 5 minutes and lots of places to eat and drink close by. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful location and service. Very attentive and breakfast was just wonderful. Short walk from the beach and short drive to city center.
Some may complain that it does not have the conveniences and amenities of a hotel, but for a B&B, it was great. Trip was too short to really take advantage of the huge balconies and pool, so looking forward to visiting again.

There is nothing left to be desired. Derek is an AWESOME host. Blueberry pancakes eggs and bacon in the morning. Pretty much every amenity that anyone could want at your fingertips. Too many restaurants a few minutes walk away.

The location was perfect right off the beach with quick access. The owner Derek is amazing, very friendly and very attentive to any needs you may have. I have never stayed at a Bnb before and was really just our last available option but by far the best thing that could’ve happened on the trip. I am pregnant and cannot stop thinking about the complimentary breakfast of blueberry pancakes definitely best I’ve ever had. My parents are Mexican and very difficult they wanted to cancel right away but after two nights fell in love saying they will definitely stay there from now on since they go every year to visit family and have never had such a relaxing stay. 10/100 recommend. It was so quiet and so relaxing, best trip ever. I can’t find the words to express how grateful we were to find this little spot and hope to stay there again soon!

Wonderful place. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was consisted of a bedroom with a king bed and a living area with a twin bed, as well as a pretty fully equipped kitchen - fridge, microwave, toaster oven, a hot plate, some dishes etc. Also a hot tub on the enclosed balcony.

We made a late reservation and Derek went out of his way to accommodate us. The Playa Hermosa B&B is a fantastic place to stay, with secured parking, a delicious breakfast and clean and comfortable rooms.

The staff and management were very cordial and they serve an excellent breakfast. This was our first B&B and we found we liked it much more than a hotel. We liked that the pet deposit was fully refundable.

Very picky about beds and we slept like babies on the king suite bed! Breakfast was delicious, house dogs were friendly and service was great. Nice views from the balconies, super close to the beach and only 2.5 miles to the downtown area. Would go back again!

I like the privacy and the fact that there's not too many rooms it make you feels safe, the pancakes are very delicious in the morning with coffee

While the breakfast portion of this bed and breakfast was decent the bed part was sorely lacking. The room smelled bad -- musty was the word my girlfriend used to describe it. The TV remote couldn't adjust the volume. And despite being near the beach there was ZERO view of anything but the neighboring lot. Some might find the place "charming" but it was a very disappointing experiencing for us.

A very nice and quiet B&B near the ocean. They called the day before to verify our arrival time which was very nice. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. Victor was very friendly.
Although we only stayed one night, we are deifnitely considering a longer stay the next time we are in the area.

What can i tell you? This is the best place to stay if you visit Ensenada, we felt like home away from home, you just cross the street and there is the beach, 7 eleven and oxxo are a few steps, several eateries around the corner and from walking distance from there,room booklet will give you some more recommendations to eat. Free wi-fi, continental breakfast and weekends you will have a sit in one (thanks Vicente) beds are really comfy, Uber to downtown is about 10/15 minutes and around 4 or 5 dollars. Thanks for everything Derek and we hope we’ll see you soon

I had read other reviews of Playa Hermosa Bed and Breakfast before booking and concur with their reviews. Derek was friendly, accomodating and made some great blueberry pancakes. The location is great and nice to have secure parking.

Our stay was pleasant. Derek was extremely helpful in all aspects of our visit even suggesting his known places to visit. A concern any outsider would have just exploring unknowingly and having had less than enjoyable stays, Playa Hermosa bed & breakfast was relaxing and very comfortable, we would recommend it to our friends and we are planning on going back.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience. This was our first time at a B&B and we really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly owners. Close to the beach, secure parking. Away from the crowds of downtown. I would recomend Playa Hermosa to anyone.

Everything was just wonderful. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds i’ve Slept in besides mine at home. Derek went out of his way to make sure everything was great.
