This was our first experience with the Margaritaville chain and it will not be our last. The facilities had a tropical island vib, which I love. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of all our tourist questions. Our room was clean with a two person 3 head shower and an electric fireplace for ambience. Could not have had a better experience. 10++++

We LOVE Margaritaville in Gatlinburg TN. We come down about 3 times a year and always stay here. Our favorite thing is hanging out at the lobby bar with Sam and Jesse. They bartenders are awesome. So so friendly and make the best drinks. Live music is good and great atmosphere. It’s not a too big. Everyone talks and laughs like old friends! If you go in the summer they have a great pool too. It located in the heart of Gatlinburg and within walking distance to everything. We also recommend walking to Pancake Pantry for breakfast. Food and service is amazing!

Our stay was amazing at this hotel! Gorgeous hotel inside and out. The staff were great. The location was perfect for walking all over Gatlinburg with the family. The only complaint that the beds were very hard.

Great one night stay. The property is very well kept and clean and within walking distance to the Gatlinburg “strip”. Only complaint was the bed was not very comfortable but didn’t affect the trip much as it was just a one night stay

Angela checking us in was wonderful! Liz who waited on us in the restaurant was fantastic! Mike who brought us our hypoallergenic pillows was so helpful and kind! This was my first time staying at a Margaritaville and I loved it. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and there was lots to enjoy on the property. It was also close to everything in Gatlinburg so we didn’t have to drive anywhere to enjoy the area. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel! Food right on property! Very clean! Very nice staff. Love that we could walk everywhere in town. The balcony where we were really didnt have a view besides the parking lot. The light on thr balcony cant be turned off so the light did get in the room at night and the sheets on the bed werent very thick. So we were cold a couple nights. I shouldve caled down for a blanket. Also the ohone blinked non stop. Said we had a message but tried to check several times but nothing and couldnt keep the light from blinoong. We had difficulty getting out during busy times and I missed the turn when we got there. Other than that wonderful stay!
