This was our second stay at Peter’s home in the last year and I cannot over emphasize the location if you have a student—especially a student athlete—at Butler. My son came over after move-in/practice and we were able to easily get to Broad Ripple, Newfields, the airport and more. We played cards and board games (provided!) and had the option to dine-in or out at our leisure. With limited hotel options around Butler, especially for out of state students/parentsthis home is a phenomenal option (esp. when you start thinking about cost of hotel+cost of Ubers). The access to the Canal Trail running year round is fantastic (I highly recommend running/walking down toward Newfields/Indianapolis Museum of Art for the Lake Loop and outdoor sculpture gardens/exhibits available for free)—plus it allows you to walk the entire campus in different ways via different routes which helps you get to know the area. Mama Carollas, Delicias, Petit Chou and even Twenty-Tap provide tasty meals—but remember that IN law doesn’t allow beer/wine sales at grocery stores after 8p on Sundays. A big thanks to Peter who has been responsive, accommodating and helpful our last two stays—we hope to be back again soon!

House was perfect for our visit. Very comfortable and roomy, with all the amenities we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood near everything we needed to visit.

We had a relaxing stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The beds were mostly comfortable (a little squeaky, but not awful) The driveway was nice to have for off the street parking.

If you are coming to the area for a short trip, family gathering, or event this is a must stay. It’s like being at home when one is traveling. The 3 BR, 2 bath with a downstairs area is plenty of room for the kids to relax or family board games. With Butler University Across the street makes a great environment for a morning run or walk. Along with Butler U there is a well maintained city park for bird watching. We have marked this house to stay the next time we are in the area. Don’t pass up on this great VRBO!

This was a great place to stay overall and we really enjoyed having the backyard area! Only issues were a small leak in the roof. It didn’t really affect our stay, but we let the owner know about it, and they said they were going to fix it immediately. Also the basement was a bit dingy, but we didn’t need to use it. I wouldn’t recommend planning to have someone stay down there

We enjoyed staying at your property. It is cute and clean and close to the baseball field. This was our second stay and would highly recommend it
