Hotel is definitely not a four star due to lack of cleanliness. At best a 3 star due to the location and young hip friendly staff. Cleaning staff didnt even bother to clean or remove our trash until we complained the next days. Bathroom had no instructions on whaat is their towel policy and lack of shampoos and shower gels, they infact gave a soap bar. Moreover, we found blood stains on the floor. Wont recommend for kids or toddlers.

This hotel is amazing! I'll definitely come back. Best location, great breakfast, nice comfy bed and the staff is trully professional. There is everything you need in one building. Also, I enjoyed walking around the Kalemegdan area. Definitely, it was a great choice for me!

The overall impression of this hotel is no more than three stars. Breakfast is great, cleaning can be better. Hotel employees that work in the restaurant can be more service-minded and polite .

I absolutely love this hotel. The location is great. The dining options as well as the breakfast buffet are excellent. The hotel is situated on top of a very modern shopping center with high end stores. It also includes a grocery store, pharmacy, and a Starbucks. Mama Shelter has a very hip and sexy vibe in its interior design and excellent soundtrack that plays throughout the common areas. The stylish rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable with showers that are like a spa experience. Lastly, the staff was beyond fantastic!! They were very friendly, helpful, and professional; especially Jovanka and Radica at the front desk. This was my third time at Mama Shelter. I honestly can’t think of any reasonable criticism. I very much look forward to my next stay at this hotel.

Great location, lovely atmosphere. Room is missing a better closet as well as a better selection of bathroom supplies & toiletries. Other than that, had a great stay. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel. Really friendly staff. Great bar and food. Room, clean comfy and quiet. My only small complaint would be that the bathroom towels supplied are a quite scratchy. Maybe they need updating or renewing. Other than that, all good!

The hotel was situated inside a mall which was just great as it was close to dining and shopping options. The rooms were comfortable but the daily cleaning was not topnotch especially in the bathroom and I noticed that they were quite frugal with bathroom amenities. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel in Belgrade.

Mama Shelter Belgrade is a place you simply can't go wrong with. Prime location in the heart of the city, amazing staff, great rooms and everything you could wich for while staying in Belgrade. Simply perfect!

The hotel is located at the top floors of the shopping center. It has ambitions of a design hotel, but in general it is quite basic, the rooms excess is through a little maze with stairs and elevators. The promised 14 euro food/beverage perks were replaced by few citruses and cookies. No food was available at 10.45 pm when I checked in. Location is very central.

Amazing breakfast

Terrific location providing easy access to all that Belgrade has to offer. The room was extremely comfortable, and having a terrace overlooking the park was an added perk given the beautiful weather. Highly recommend for a great location, convenient access to restaurant and bar in the lobby, and a well equipped room.

I stayed for 4 days. Nice and cozy with a view of the city. There was a balcony. Very silent and clean. I prefer a harder mattress but not too bad. Would also prefer to have a bath mat to avoid slipping. Got a welcome fruits basket as well

I was here for the second time for my Birthday now this time and I love staying at this hotel. Thank you for everything. The feedback I have is: please inform customers there is another elevator if they are queuing to the three busy elevators and please have a look at the air condition it was not really optimal, more people in the reception and keep it up with all the nice art and decorate the rooms more with that, that's why I keep on coming to you guys.

Everything about our trip was wonderful, the room was perfect, clean, the bed super comfortable and the shower spaceous (We had the mama xxl room). Great view as well from the room, would have been nice to be able access the terrasse (door knob was unabled) but we didn’t book the room with terrace so was ok. The location of the hotel was perfect in the center of the city connected to the mall. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had airport pickup arranged since they are doing construction at BEG airport at the moment which also worked out great (nice car, friendly and cautious driver). What was very convenient also is that you can rent a portable wifi device from the hotel so we had internet during our stay and on the go! Small downsides: they forgot to refill the water in our room. Also would have been great if breakfast was included in the room price, but there are many great alternatives in walking distance. Overall would recommend 100%

It is the 3rd time I go to Mama Shelter Belgrade and once again I was very satisfied. I am travelling though Europe every 2 weeks all year long and when I find a special place like this hotel I'm happy to go back there.

Simply Best value for money hotel in Belgrade… Parking is easily available in the basement, shopping and food court is available in the building, and in-house dining has a great float based on a fast-food concept. Bathroom/shower is great, and bed is just fantastic.. I have stayed at the hotel 10+ times, just keep coming back

Who did check-in for us he was a great guy and thanks for him generally it was so good time we spent there, if we go again to Belgrad no doubt we gonna stay in same place... Especially roof and restaurant very nice...

location is super, the check-in female staff was very nice and friendly, also another male staff who speaks perfect english with very clear american accent was very very friendly and helpful ( apology i forget names)! the staff in the resturant 80% were great and nice, 20% were hesitant to provide service and were ignorant ( my husband requested for coffee and salt but the male waiter never came back with anything and he said to my husband you can pick your coffee from the bar yourself without waiting for me!). room carpet needs deep cleaning there are lots of spots! bathroom sink needs cleaning as well it wasn't really cleaned well. which i hated most was the sharable lifts with the shopping mall visitiors! it was very uncomfortable and very disgusting for our luggage to be taken through such lifts with all different types of people there specially with Covid 19 at the corner! parking is a bit expensive compared to the cost of living in general in Serbia! but i have noticed this around serbia no free parkings most you have to pay for it!

Mama Shelter Belgrade exceeded our expectations! It’s a fantastic location in Belgrade - walking distance to many tourist sites. The rooms are large and comfortable. If we came back to Belgrade, we would absolutely stay here again.

A very trendy hotel in the heart of Belgrade, the best location to explore the wonderful city and escape from the bustling centre. All the staff are effervescent and very friendly, with a great vibe and energy. The hotel has an awesome design, it's quirky and fun and sparkling clean throughout It is very family-friendly, with free arcade games, table tennis, loads of books, and soccer tables for the kids to entertain themselves. Our room 'Large Mama' was very spacious, with a massive balcony overlooking the beautiful Kalemegan Park from level 1, and we were spoilt with sunset views. A restaurant is located on the top floor with a fabulous rooftop bar and dining to enjoy the magical sunsets of Belgrade, the best we have found in the centre. Great value and quality cocktails, incredible food, pizzas were divine and live music regularly to soak up the city energy. Other benefits for hotel stays: located inside a shopping mall, onsite parking, surprise treats on check-in of biscuits and juice for your stay, a great range of guests from tourists, travellers and locals, mixed-aged groups, and laptop friendly.
