We felt very comfortable in Michael's house. It has enough space, a super equipped kitchen and two very nice living rooms with large TV's, 3 bedrooms and a garage incl. washer and dryer. WIFI also works great. And if you have any questions, Michael is always quick and friendly to help. We had a great time in Long BEach with great trips to Las Angels, Santa Anna, Malibu and so on. Worth seeing is also a baseball game of the Angels.

The house was fully equipped with more than what we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space for the whole family. It was very clean and we were all comfortable staying there. The hot tub was spectacular and the communication with Michael was seamless. We would definitely book again!

Exactly as described. Host was responsive and nice. Checked in on us a few times during our stay. So maby amenities. House was perfect. 4 adults 1 teenager, and 1 toddler. House was plenty big with 2 living rooms and 2 big screen TVs. Plenty of stuff near by and after a full day of Disney rhe hot tub was amazing. Thanks for everything!!

Didn't stay long but it was perfect, quiet and had all the things we needed and some we didn't realize we needed. Just in town for a tournament and having a quiet place to decompress was ideal, this property fit that bill.

This home is less than 10 min from the airport, Target, Trader Joe’s, museums and aquarium. Bedroom 1 with Queen is a smaller room. The King room had room for a pack and play and The room with the bunk beds (full and twin) was big and plenty of room for air mattress. There are effectively two living rooms both with tvs and the backyard is huge and was nice for our family. We didn’t get a chance to use the spa but I saw it and it was big and clean. Owners are next door and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place.

Five of my family members stayed for three nights to attend my daughter’s college graduation. The hosts were amazing! We took advantage of the gorgeous backyards (the hosts’ yard is accessible too) for photos after graduation. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family to stay during a 3 day trip to Long Beach to attend a wedding. Well-maintained and stocked, nicely decorated, comfy indoor spaces and outdoor gathering areas. The owner lives next door and was super friendly and welcoming. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub because of our busy itinerary, but we did enjoy visiting the koi pond (turtles too!)

We recently visited Michael and Jessy’s home, they were both extremely hospitable, accommodating and friendly. So many details and thought went into creating a relaxing space, the outside fire-pit with lights was my favorite. My daughter loved feeding the fish and looking for the turtles. The home is spacious throughout, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!

Michael and his wife were great hosts and easy to reach via the VRBO messaging app but I do recommend sharing a phone # in advance. Their home was very clean throughout and well-decorated. The living room spaces were comfy but we had to use our own sign-in for Netflix which was fine but just be aware of this in case you don't have those types of memberships. They were in the process of installing a hot tub in the backyard which would be great once done so guests don't have to go over into their backyard to use the hot tub. However, they have an amazing landscaped backyard with a beautiful Koi pond which was a treat and my kids enjoyed feeding the fish and seeing the turtles. The location was a bit too south for us in hindsight but we didn't realize that most of the places we were visiting were going to be north and LA traffic was crazy. I would definitely stay there again if I was spending more time south of the city. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The place is as advertised. The backyard is truly an oasis. Functionality in the layout of the house was perfect. We had one very minor issue and the hosts solved it within hours. Safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Michael’s home is beautiful and fully equipped with everything. He is super attentive and kind . He kept checking in on us and made sure we had the best time and a comfortable stay.

The house was great for our girls trip. We loved the outdoor area and all fit comfortably inside with plenty of space to hangout. Memories were made. We hope to return next year!

we stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. for 7 people there was more than enough room to sleep and hang out. the kitchen had every appliance we could need. amenities were a great bonus. only thing to be aware of is that if you are tall, one of the showers is very short. host was very helpful and responsive! highly recommended.

Host was awesome and accommodating, backyard is a paradise with hot tub, fire pit and lots of seating. Bath room and kitchen well stocked. My husband and I arrived earlier than check in and we were able to put our luggage at the house while we enjoyed Long Beach area.

We came to celebrate Mom's 60th birthday in Long Beach where most of her family lives. The owners made us feel very welcome and it was great to have them nearby when any questions came up. The backyard is a relaxing haven to enjoy. My Mom was so happy with the comfort of the home and the location being close to her families home. Such a great stay!

We stayed at this amazing vrbo for 6 days. The house is centrally located in a nice neighborhood. The home itself is adorable, the decor is nice and well thought out. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and then some. The living areas are very spacious and bright. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. The outdoor area is amazing. The kids really enjoyed the koi pond and feeding the fish and turtles. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. This home is definitely one of the top rentals we've stayed in (and we stay in them a lot!) We definitely plan to stay again as we visit the area at least once per year.
