Unit is tired and ready for a refresh but that is not unusual for a rental. The amount of space available was perfect for our large group. Location is great, beautiful views and short walk to beach. When we arrived it was 80 in the condo which is not a comfortable temperature for move-in. 3 hours later it was closer to feeling comfortable. We found that several of the air vents were closed. Even after we opened them the top floor was hot. We had to go buy fans to keep it comfortable. There was a roach in the entryway and his friends came later. Hair from someone shaving in the master sink on the lower level. The sheets on one of the beds had dead bugs in them. We washed and dried the sheets. Dryer is old so it took three cycles to dry one set of sheets. The fridge on the top level doesn’t freeze/cool well. The other appliance was not functional. The stain on the cafe table is coming off and and flaked all over us when we used it. The half bath on that level did not flush well. The freezer on the bottom level smells like fish. There are used/old ice packs in the top floor freezer. We had ants in the pantry the first day. Informed property managers and were told to use bug spray. It was a Sunday so we knew it would be hard to get pest control to come. We went and bought ant spray but the ants came back. Property managers said they could call back and pest control would come out but we never saw anyone or heard back from them. We are looking for a different unit for next year.

Ice cold air/ great location.

We had the best week at this gorgeous home. It is immaculately decorated, well kept, and has gorgeous views of the bay and ocean. The sunset views are truly unbeatable. We loved being steps away from the ocean and beach with our two small children. We will be back!

Summer Breeze was well stocked. it has a beautiful view of the sun rise and sun set. A close walk to the beach and a perfect place for a family to gather and enjoy a great week on the island. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Everything about this property was amazing. The place is huge. There were 5 couples and each got their own large room and bathroom. All but 2 of the rooms had their own balconies and the view from every room was gorgeous. The house has 3 living rooms and TV’s everywhere. There are two appliances of everything. 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 sets of washer/dryers, and 2 refrigerators. The elevator was very convenient as the house has 4 stories. I could go on raving about the place, but will close out with the property management staff. They were the best. Ultra responsive when we had a couple minor issues and very pleasant. Summer Breeze was perfect for our extended family. Grandchildren ,parents and grandparents all had their own space to gather as a group or separately. Loved having 2 sets of full size washer and dryers. Loved having 2 ovens and all the gadgets and serving pieces in the spacious kitchen. Each bedroom had its own bath and then half baths off living areas. Porches were plentiful with views of the bay and the oceans. We were a few steps away from the ocean with our own boardwalk.
