There were three family groups with ages from 15 months old up to senior citizens. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of bedrooms. We did notice that they only put out the exact number of towels to number of people in the group. We would have to call for any more. They did leave out a couple of hand towels, but they delivered one promptly. We could have called for more toilet paper. When you have little ones, you go through more toilet paper unintentionally. We ended up buying more. The supplies in the Kitchen were very minimal as well. We had to be creative when cooking up a couple of meals. Overall, if you know these things in advance, it is a great place to stay. The contact we did have with the owner/manager was very quick and very polite. We didn't have any issues. We'd stay again. This was a great house with lots of space for people to congregate in different areas. Game room and hot tub were a hit with the kids!
Host was very responsive when we needed something, which happened to be pretty late at night.

The converted garage/game room was not heated and the temperatures the weekend we stayed did not allow us to be able to utilize this area. Some of my family had planned to use this area so it was disappointing.

We picked this house due to its proximity to my Mom’s retirement home on Westland. We packed in 5 couples and 4 grandkids. There is plenty of space to spread out, play games and eat big meals. The play room was a blast for the grandkids. Nicely equipped for everything we needed to do. Great restaurants and groceries are nearby.

My friends and I stayed here for a week! The house was great! Really big bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. I loved the big dining table for us to all eat dinner together. We very much enjoyed the game room and ping pong! The only negative thing I can say is the checkin time of 4pm was really late for us and you do hear some faint traffic from the street close to the house, as well as a train occasionally. It didn't bother any of us but if you are a really light sleeper, it might be something to consider. We will definitely stay at this property again!

The house was fantastic! The kids loved the neon room filled with games. There was plenty of seating for everyone. Every single bed was incredibly comfortable.
Stop at the grocery before you get there and you won’t ever have to leave. You can relax in the hot tub and spend the whole time at the house!

This was a great place for our group. The interstate is very close to the house and noisy. That is the only issue we had. The host was great and very attentive to our questions.

Our trip for large group of friends and their families. This rental was spacious for our group of 12. Our activities where on the campus at UT, it was convenient to there. The game room was a hit for all ages.

My family rented this house for a wedding nearby. It’s nicely updated and spacious for large groups. A huge bonus was being pet friendly, as we traveled with two dogs. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. However, the parking situation is tricky (for more than 2 cars) and the road noise is high. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent the property again!

This house was perfect for our combined family of 7 adults and 3 children. The 2 living spaces provided just the right amount of space and the kids and grown up kids loved the game room and hot tub!

We enjoyed our stay, everything was as described. The game room was great for kids. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us. The property manager was extremely helpful & even came out late one night to work on the A/C. We would stay again!

Everything was great! We rented the property to stay in for our jeep ride to windrock park. The park was 30 mins from the house. Easy drive! Will stay here again for our next trip.

2 moms traveling with 10 teen athletes to the UK v UT game found this to be the prefect spot! Plenty of room, felt very safe, lots of entertainment in the game room, hot tub, 2 spacious living areas and wonderful memories around the dining table. The owner was incredibly helpful, supportive and kind. I plan to stay in his properties again. Top experience I’ve had with property rental. Thank you!!!
