We had some early issues with communication. There was supposed to be a binder with all the instructions in it. After looking in every closet, under furniture, I reached out to Luke for some advice. I did not get a response until the next day. We eventually found it under a sofa cushion. Not ideal for toddlers. We had two. The furniture has sharp corners, none of the drawers have baby locks. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and we loved the fire pit! Favorite part was hanging out in the basement on that comfy couch and watching Home Alone!! We stayed in Indianapolis to go to all of the Goodwill Outlet stores in the area and this was the perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. We had a great time, thank you!!

Wow, what an amazing experience. I felt like I was able to rest like it was my own home. My brothers and I planned a trip to visit our mom and made many memories, and this home is definitely apart of these great memories. Our host was so easy to be in contact with and was so helpful!

Nice location within walking distance to different bars, restaurants and groceries. Beautiful kitchen, comfortable living room and a sitting room great for curling up with a book.

This home was perfect for three adult women staying for a girls weekend. This property could not be in a better location for the type of activities we were looking for. The house was in a safe and quiet neighborhood, but also such a short walk for restaurants, shopping, bars and pretty views. We appreciated the owner's suggestions for dining in the book for guests and especially loved Flatwater. Driving to nearby shopping and dining locations was easy and stress-free. When we weren't out and about, we really enjoyed morning coffee in the sun room and utilized the deck every day. The lights on the deck were an enjoyable bonus and we were able to use the firepit one night. All three of us thought our beds were very comfortable and had nice sheets & pillows. The upstairs master was amazing. I had excellent communication with the owner anytime it was needed, including for questions before our arrival. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

The code to get us in didn't work. Fortunately the homeowner was there and gave us his code.

The place was built for entertaining. Which is nice. It is an old house with lots of creaks and moans. The steps going up to the master are steep. But overall a great space to stay.

We stayed here with our 3 year old and 4 adults. There was plenty of space inside the house and the back deck was very large and nice to spend time on. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and it was an easy drive downtown to the zoo and children’s museum. There’s also a playground a few blocks away which was a hit with our daughter. This would be a great house for a family to stay at while exploring Indianapolis as there is lots of space to relax and play together.

It was larger than I thought by looking on the site. It was away from downtown in a quiet area but a short walk from some really good restaurants and a couple bars, it also had a really good grocery store about 0.2 miles away, only reason it only got a 4 on cleanliness was that the outside garbage cans were full when we got there, but that's probably just because of the people before us and when garbage pickup day happened to be, it was no big deal, great place, would stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Tons of space and Luke was very responsive. Fabulous outdoor space too!

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms it met all of our needs. As an old house it needs some more work to bring it up, but the owners are aware of that.

This home was a great choice for our family. Lots to walk to nearby, and space for everyone! Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The beds and linens are super comfortable. Kids loved the air hockey table, we enjoyed the sunroom overlooking the neighbor’s lovely flower garden. Property manager responded quickly when we needed some information. Would definitely stay here again!

The visit to Indy was great and made better with a fun and welcoming home to stay in. Great for families and close friends. Space for everyone to gather as well as space to be alone.

My family and I were going to be in town for only one evening, to see one of our favorite performers at the Old National Center. This home was a perfect location for us to come back after the show, relax, and have some drinks, snacks, and a good nights sleep before heading back to Illinois. We had a great stay!

We were helping our daughter move. This location was great for us. We were all able to relax after a day of packing. We each had our own quiet space at night. My daughter loved the air hockey in the basement. Very clean home. Easy check out. Would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly like the pictures listed on the website. It was very roomy and comfortable. The only thing was the dishwasher didn’t work and it was an older home so it was cold. When asked Lucas did adjust the thermostat. We enjoyed our stay!

What a great place. The home has been updated impressively. Just lovely and convenient location and parking. Great outside area. We were there with our family and there was something for everyone to feel at home.

Gathered for the weekend with my four siblings. Plenty of space and the property was very clean. Not too much to complain about. Kitchen could have had a little more flatware and a Pyrex/ casserole dish. The ice machine was not working and the oven had some weird heating going on. We put something in at 350 degrees and it didn’t seem to heat properly until we turned it up to 400 degrees. The appliances were newer but quirky. The host was super nice and very accommodating.

The home was very comfortable and easily accessible to entertainment and restaurants. I was there for a work trip and needed a place that would be pet friendly for my dog and had a fenced in back yard. This place was perfect for him to relax while I was working outside of the home and in.

We stayed just one night on our way through town but I would stay again. Nice place with a lot of space. Very clean!

Very nicely renovated home. My husband and I stayed here with our 2 daughters and their husbands. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Great mattresses and the softest sheets. The stairs going upstairs are steep, so probably not recommended for older guests or anyone with difficulty on steps. However, our daughter and SIL slept upstairs and loved it. She said the room felt spacious and the shower was amazing. We also used the fire pit on a cool night. Very nice with plenty of outdoor seating for everyone. Owner was very easy to work with, and gave clear and helpful directions. We love the Broad Ripple area and visit often. We have family in the area. We would definitely rent this house again.
