The home is large and open. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and have plenty of towels and extra blankets.
The kitchen has quality appliances and is stocked with basic pantry items.

I loved the setting for this mountain house. Great view of the surrounding mountains. Loved the creatures that would pay a visit including ground hogs, deer, and turkey. I would stay here again.

The house was nice, but there were blood stains on the sheets, and the coffee maker quit working, and they brought us a substitute coffee maker that was inferior and did not work well. Great location

This was a great house for our large family that stayed. There was 11 people total. 5 kids 10 and under. And 6 adults. Sleeping was no issue and cooking a big meal in the kitchen was a breeze. Great views of the mountains and great location into Boone and Blowing Rock. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home. Perfect for our group of 8. Gorgeous bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. Two great living rooms. Dual zone thermostats were great. Large kitchen. Great porch outside. Absolutely fabulous. Will stay here again. Photos online used a filter that make the house look brighter. In reality it was much darker inside, but this is only a minor issue.

My family of 8 enjoyed a wonderful time at Pecky Vista! It is a very nice home with lots of space and a fun game room on the bottom floor. Bathrooms are beautiful and spacious, too. If you decide to stay here just be aware of taking Cherry to Chestnut to Hickory, as these roads aren't quite as steep. After traveling up and down a few times it wasn't as bad. Be sure to put your car in low gear going up the mountain.

Hello! Thank you so much for hosting us at Pecky Vista. We loved the house and it was a perfect spot located close to Boone and Blowing Rock. The house itself is great, updated, had everything we needed plus we had an amazing view off the back deck. Highly recommend to stay at this home with friends and/or family.
We will definitely be back and thank you again for hosting us on our weekend getaway!

Having 4 en-suite bedrooms was wonderful with 4 couples. Seating in the gathering areas was plentiful. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was just right. Loved how open it was for everyone to be able to gather. Parking was also perfect as many homes only have 2 spaces and this one had 4. Check in at the gatehouse was easy. Received or key and parking sticker.

We have stayed at a lot of properties in the mountains. The consensus is this was the cleanest with open space. A lot to do in the area. The views are good in each room and very relaxing.

Amazing stay. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. Absolutely beautiful views. Just be prepared for a super steep and winding mountain road, but the house is well worth the drive.

Layout of house is perfect for families or even multiple families. Great views. Good location, fairly easy to get to Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock.

We loved this house. It felt very private, it was very clean and the location was absolutely perfect for the activities we had planned. We can’t wait to stay here again next year.

The house was amazing. We had 5 and the rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous. Loved the heat that came on. So tasteful with decorating

We were looking for somewhere for our family to stay and found Pecky Vista online. The home was super clean, great space inside and out. We loved having the deer walking through the back yard and hanging out. Plenty of space for everyone with a great view. We will definitely keep this home as one to remember for future Boone weekend trips! Thank you!
